Thank you so much for this practice as I fractured both ulna and radius in my right forearm and was told I won't be able to do yoga for months on end. This has helped immensely!

Two nights ago my daughter was in the middle of a very long and complicated labour and I was so anxious I didn't know what to do with myself. I couldn't settle to anything, and this practice helped to bring me down and ground me a bit. (From abject terror to simple worry!) Our first grandchild (a girl) was born safely a few hours later.

That was aaaaawesome Helen! My legs were actually so sore from the workout yesterday and some of today's poses helped me feel better 🤩 thank you! Also, any tips on how to sit up tall with the legs / one leg out and and to not round the back? (except the props?) Could I lean on the wall with my back? As i found myself really uncomfortable sitting on a blanket in this one :(
Thank you so much for practising with me again Anya! I have this tutorial on forward folding you might find helpful... You want to find a forward tilt with the pelvis (using a block or blanket does help) and this will help your spine align too...
