I greatly appreciate this hands-free offering! Due to a genetic condition, I developed severe, bone-on-bone arthritis when I was 32. At the time, vinyasa yoga was the center of my life, and it was a long, painful process realizing that the way I had been practicing was off the table forever. In the ten years since then, I have come to terms with my limitations and developed a rewarding home practice. It can be difficult to find hands-free practices that are still a bit challenging and exertive, but this one fits the bill. Thank you!

I considered doing a yoga teacher training, but became discouraged because at the moment, I’m unable to do things that places too much pressure on my right upper extremity... this video helped me not only do yoga, but consider that maybe I can do a training. I have been looking for some nice hands free flows after having a recent rotator cuff injury that has stopped me from doing most yoga videos as they rely on lots of shoulder pressure. Other than realising its too soon for reverse prayer for me this has been great and i am sure i will come back to it whilst my shoulder recovers. Also really like the style and flow so will check out more of the videos going forward
I was at the edge of having a panic attack and decided to roll my mat and practice and like magic my mind is so much calmer and feeling more grounded thank you so so much I wish you an amazing week❤️

I like your hands free yoga, I work with my hands all day and after that it's hard to get into planks and downward dogs. If you were to make more in the future that would be awesome.

SD day 93: I’m trying out my plan of a different type of practice each day. Stretch yesterday and hands-free today. I particularly like this one. Surprising how hard it is just to lift one leg up when seated with both legs stretched out straight! x

Social distancing day 12: great workout once again accompanied by my favourite music. This shows there is great yoga practice even without downward facing dog (😂😂) and my warrior three/half-moon is going from strength to strength! Finished this off with post work-out stretch which will in future will be a regular addition. x
This is exactly what I needed, my wrists and elbows play up occasionally and it's super discouraging when I can't do certain moves. I would love to see more hands free yoga if possible!

Found it a bit fast paced, but I had never taken one of these classes from this instructor before. I was expecting completely non-weight-bearing on shoulders, though.

Hi Ulrike, sorry I thought I mentioned that you don’t have to follow the arm movements in this one, but that must have been in one of my newer hands free classes. Thank you for the feedback.
@@WellWithHels It's not the movements, it's putting weight on the arms. There are quite a few poses with forearms on floor that I cannot do with a healing elbow fracture.

Sadly, this practice uses the hands and arms way too much and does not work for someone with an elbow injury.
