3 Ways to Use Microsoft Forms in Teams

This tutorial will demonstrate how to use Microsoft Forms in Microsoft Teams. There are 3 ways you can add Forms to Teams. The option you choose will depend on what you are trying to accomplish with your Form in Teams. I am making a bet with myself; I finally gave up on waiting for Microsoft to make the change from Forms to Polls. Watch they are going to implement the change just to make my video out of date 😀

Hello Heather - thank you for the helpful video. Do you know how to delete a form that was created for use with a specific Team? I don't see a method to delete such a form in the stand alone Forms application.

@@patrickparkison5538 in the Forms stand alone application all forms are organized either by personal or group. Each Team had a group that underpins it. When you look at your groups at the bottom of the Forms home page you may only see the top results. If you click show more, you should see all groups you have access to. From there you can delete the form that you no longer deem necessary. On tip though, if that form is still pined in Teams as a tab you will have to remove the tab too. If not people will still click on it and get a 404 error message. Trust me I see this a lot.

Hi, I just tested it and it worked for me. Teams did give me a warning to say be sure you trust this site. If it is not working for you it may be tied to a security setting based on the trust warning. Or it could be one of the member settings in Teams.
