Finally a video on watercraft! This video will catch people more fish than all the best tackle in the world .. one thing you did not touch on was if you know the features your fishing over , you know what lure to cast out ! Ie plastic , heavy metal , slow sinking or poper! Single hook or treble or hidden hook for those real dodgy places . My local river is filled with Toby lures due to my lack off knowlege as a youth !

Interesting. I fished a place called Port Carlisle on the Solway.
I think I may have missed some opportunities for Bass.
There's always somewhere they can lie in wait and usually some unsuspecting places
Google Earth Pro is better as you can change the time which can show different states of the tide aswell

I find both are brilliant tools, I'm partial to Google maps as you can find a spot, drop a pin and go!
Also the Purple Bricks website has a different set of images than Google maps. For SW Wales they are at low tide with really clear water 👍
Excellent as always just one thing I’ve lost so many lures in weed I’m guessing I should be using more weed less lures but how do you deal with this on top or subsurface lures am I the only one who leave snagged lure all over its puts me off even trying for Bass
If the weed is heavy I would cast as close to its edge as possible, you'd be suprised how fast the come out to grab it!
If using soft plastics in heavy cover try and "skin" the lure and use an un wieghted weedless hook.

Take photos at low water. You will be more akryut at high water.
