Did this one for the first time with the January calendar. Like all the others this one is also excellent. I’ve been trying to get the downward dog perfectly and keep getting frustrated. You’re explanation helped calm me down about it and accept the way I’m doing it. Perfection will come in time. Also, LOVE the downward dog to planck. I’ll be doing that one more often. Thank you!
I really needed this! I was very stressed and angry this morning and this has helped me be calmer and focused and release some of the anger I was feeling. Especially the breathing which I did extra of before I started to help center myself. Working towards those downward dog push ups!! :)
Yay! Looking forward to doing this! From both you and other sources, I learned a lot more about how to not have my wrists be miserable, and I’m a lot stronger and a whole lot lighter than I was at the beginning of the summer. Currently recovering from surgery, but I’m doing this one as soon as I’m cleared for it!

Excellent. I just watched. Love all the information you added about how to do each postures. Will try without my husband. Not sure he's ready for this yet. His PT therapist is so pleased that he is doing yoga with me and not just chair yoga. Thank you.
Hello Zelinda, I printed off your December 2020 practice calendar. Today is December 14th, and I've been able to follow along daily and I love it. I never thought I could calm my mind long enough to enjoy these postures. I hope you will create more monthly calendars for us to follow along and improve and strengthen our yoga practice. God Bless, Merry Christmas. Ps. Any postures that will aid diabetics? Thank you!
