My main build is a Bloodied, Commando build and my main weapon is my God - Roll RWR Quad / Expl / -25% AP cost (AP cost is 2). That weapon is a true beast.
Just sold one of them in my vendor for 22k. I been using AA/E/-25 railway for bosses and other than over all dps because of the mag size I been having more fun with it. One shots pretty much any normal mob critical or not.
Love Tap is a nice choice for a Tommy Gun: Vampire/Rapid/Durable, with a built-in 20% damage boost. And you can still use the same mods as you do with a regular Tommy Gun. Worth a few runs through the Tunnel of Love event to get it.
I got my hands on a Quad Railway Rifle last week, and when I unlocked the second star, I was lucky enough to get Explosive! Now I just need to decide what three-star trait would make this a god roll. I'm leaning toward Lucky (for faster fills to the crit meter) but Swift also wouldn't be bad for reload speed. I do still keep my Fixer and especially my nicely modded handmade, for use against "Softer" enemies.
This is accurate. I've tested nearly all automatic weapons with quad, bloodied, aa (including heavy weapons), and the railway rifle is definitely the best for commando. Theoretically a B/25/25 RWR should be best, but the lag in F76 is so bad that you end up wasting ammo before seeing the benefits of the time to kill. Therefore B/E/25 RWR is the best.
I actually use only two weapons for my bloodied commando. I have my okish rwr and my gauss rifle. I use the gauss usually for long range scope and vats precision. Even without perk carks; it can one shot most mobs. My RWR is used for everything else. Find that these two can cover any range.
Am I the only one who hates the explosive legendary bullets? I can’t see the enemy due to the little explosions. And when enemies are very close, the flashing bothers me.
I hope these arent ranked in order, because if so, you ranked the pipe rifle over the laser and smg? I LOVE my SMG. Its amazing and fun and stable. I DO, however, agree with your RR rifle. I have a quad explosive, and LOVE IT. Everytime it toots, I smile.
I was told that grenadier does not effect explosive weapons just demolition expert I may have to respec and give it a try im using an anti armour explosive assault rifle atm and its surprisingly strong even stronger than my quad explo fixer
I favor the handmade over the railway and fixer its a good weapon it looks the best and its a freakin ak while the fixer/combat rifle looks like some toys r us crap and the railway is just over praised for damage alone aint nobody using it if it would be on same dmg lv as hand and fixer

Not sure if they buffed some rifles but my rifleman man now one shots lvl100s with explosive hunting rifle to the head. Still nothing competes vs dps with stealth low health quad crit commando. Any auto rifle weapon works better than other builds with that set up.
Thing is sneaking sucks ass in this game, it's just too slow. You could literally have a hacked one shot god mode weapon and it wouldn't be better than a freaking black powder musket used by someone not sneaking.

I use the splitter and hair trigger for the laser rifle to cripple all my enemies.

Missing some weapons but otherwise good list. Top 5 all around imo would be Railway, rerolled Elder's Mark, Enclave Plasma, Fixer, Handmade
Love Tap seems to be as good as Elder's Mark, and honestly the traits it comes with are just fine IMO. At least as easy to get too.

why is a suppressor important
Stealth Damage is really Strong, you can stay in Caution and do sneak attacks witch can double your DMG
Where are the plasmas, not even Enclave. Those mustveate high tier.
Nothing beats aa /50/25
..for the first 10 shots, you are pretty much right. (Even then, bloodies are close, and after those rounds are fired, quads surpass both.)
