The Valiant is just a solid, great airplane. I was flying this morning and a buddy had his out there. This just may be the best deal in park-sized RC airplanes on the market today. We love what you guys do, and I'm glad you took some time just for you and to have fun with no pressure. I also had a blast this morning!

Thanks for the great video(s). You two make great content. I have been away from the hobby for 5 years and I am just getting back into after a Christmas gift. I’m surprised how much has changed and also in some spaces how little has changed in that short time. Hi guys I watch your channel a lot,because normal 🇬🇧 tv is a joke. Your always positive and the banter is fantastic which I love.
I'm just starting in this hobby and just ordered my first plane (flying cheap drones for a few months). Thank you for the beginner's series, it's given me the confidence to take that first step towards planes. I travel for my job so this helps with the alone time away from my family. We are a truly blessed nation and thanks for openly acknowledging that on your channel. Life can be hectic and it's easy to forget just how good our lives are in comparison to those with less. Life on Earth is indeed Good! We get what we look for and create where we think plus communicate about. Live's a certain magic combined with physics! Negativity though, is like a virus and does not create really something. Just saying, you are right! The eflite Valiant seems to be a great plane!

Never owned a Valiant. Big fan of E-Flite planes though. Plane #2 was the Apprentice 15s, then the Timber, then the Timber UMX, and a Turbo Timber. The Apprentice will always be the plane where things clicked and the “I got this!” moment. Then it sat in the basement for two years. Converted it to a float plane and now it’s getting in 5 or 10 flights a month. Same affection I think you have for your Valiant Nate. It’s like an old friend, fun to fly and it lands itself on floats.
I do appreciate your video reviews. I can't buy all of the planes I like, though, but I can keep them in my shopping cart. Lol

I love my Val!! It's one of my favorites, convieient size and respectable performance with solid 11 minute flight times. Well engineered model that deserves respect, especially when you see the price! BUY ONE if it's within your means! Oh and I forgot to add, I love landing this airplane, it is great for a tail dragger, I always get the "Stop making us look bad" comments when I land it. Too funny, I have been flying RC less than one year, again a superb model aircraft!
Love This Plane! So glad to see your video on it. There is a lot of evil in the world and it is very important to take time out and just do something you really enjoy, to take your mind off things and relax! I love flying and it's the one thing that I can do that takes my mind off of everything else!

It's not always necessary to show new or reviews, I actually like watching planes soar, roll, flip etc. Just as I enjoy watching videos of people crawling, yes I might not be subscribed to a channel, but it looks interesting - I watch and like might pick up some tricks. Just nice to see people enjoying the hobby!

There is an RC guy from my part of the world. He shouts a lot and breaks things. I've noticed that he is also a bit of a bully. I don't watch him so much now. Yes, it's kinda fun watching massive jumps but it becomes boring rather quickly. You guys, however, always produce great bias-free informative videos.

Update -- what an absolutely beautiful day out there today!! 72 degrees here in the Richmond VA area -- and it's JANUARY!!! Finally made it out to the field - and few some packs through the E-flite Timber -- and, yep - the E-flite Valiant!! I forgot what a great flying plane the Valiant is! It was a blast flying with the great folks at my local field in Hanover, VA -- what a great positive day!!

Hey all! Just a fun, chill comment.. over the last couple weeks ago or so I lost my second RC plane (the first I destroyed when I was 15), but recently bought a simulator and improving my skills over the last ten days or so. I'm landing and taking off well and I've bought a used FMS Super EZ that I'll be taking delivery of at the end of this month. I'm looking forward to increasing my skills and eventually getting the Super up in the air!

I truly don’t understand why people have to be so negative especially in these times. But this is a fun hobby and it is a great way to get out and enjoy the outdoors. I mostly watch 4 UA-cam channels: Flite Test, RC Saylors, Xjet, and Peter Sripol. Best on the net. And I agree, the world is getting uglier... and of course our hobby is under threat. I'm sure you're wondering if you should "join the fray" in the battle for our rights, and if you want to you certainly should. But others are digging in, and it gets exhausting with everything else going on. You kids should just keep doing your thing. Maybe a simple statement that you support everyone's efforts, but you want your channel to stay away from the politics. I would welcome that - a safe haven for 15 minutes a day.

Great pep talk...But, it is going to be very interesting to see how RC sales do in these trying times of mass regulations. This spring and summer may a boom year for aerial models, right before the drop off. So, get out there and fly while we still can...
Just remember, it's only a Proposal. There have been thousands of idiotic Proposals that go nowhere. Lots of people in the world trying to cash in on click bait fear mongering..
I must admit i enjoy watching the flying videos ( I watch a few other channels too} as due to health (as you mentioned) ///////////i would have a tough time these days. Looking up and/or moving my head around makes me very dizzy (fall down dizzy). I especially enjoy seeing my old stomping grounds again. I am sure the area of the dirt track you visit was when I moved (25 years ago) the Lavalette Motorcross track. I lived at Rotary Park for a number of years before moving to SC.

I would like for you to get the Timber X . It is the UMX timber grown up, with more power and bigger control surfaces. I think you will really like it a lot. It is 3S and 4S capable so you can fly it mild or wild.

What is the battery life on this plane and how long can you fly the plane before recharging?
Easily 15 minutes of flight time, even fairly aggressively. I could double that flight time to half an hour, no problem. This all depends on what battery you are flying on, too. Also keep in mind, charge times vary based on what charger you are using and how fast you want to charge your batteries. After a full flight of half an hour, I can have the battery charged up again in about 40 minutes 👍😁😎⚓️

The elephant in the room is this FAA thing. If these new rules (as they are now proposed) become law, all flying models in 3 to 5 years will be extinct.
