- Centre for Migration Control’s Robert Bates reacts to the case of a failed asylum seeker Anicet Mayela, whose deportation was blocked, pleading guilty to raping a 15-year-old girl.
Oxford Crown Court heard that there was an extreme level of 'dangerousness' during the sex attack committed by Anicet Mayela
Robert says: “Britain’s asylum policy is not in the hands of the Government at the moment.”

He was injured, and cabin crew arent allowed to fly with injured people. He shouldnt have been allowed on a commercial flight in handcuffs, imagine a police officer arresting someone, then taking them the station on a bus.

My 45 year old daughter was walking back home from dropping her car at the garage when she was accosted and severely harassed by a 'North African man' at 8am this morning. I asked her to tell the police and her response? What is the point? Nothing will be done. I have today bought her a legal pepper spray. She is white and blonde.
My teenage daughter and her friends were accosted by a group of them in our town in the SW while they were walking home from school. The police said there was nothing they could do. She can't walk home anymore, we have to get her a taxi home now, at £10 a day!
It probably would be difficult but patrolling might be worth considering.
There were reports, locally, of a male who was accosting females who appeared to be walking alone. In actual fact a male was close by, so was able to act and defend.
Since there were a few reports, the locals, mostly males have formed patrols in the target areas.
Just an idea.

The family should sue each of the individual cabin crew AND the airline who let them block the deportation. We should know the names of these people. How come France, Germany, Italy etc. can deport their foreign criminals and hate preachers on mass and we don't? By the way in the next 5 years, now the public are waking up to the fact we can't trust our parliament, police and courts, we'll be doing what they're doing Ireland. Taking matters into our own hands to protect our communities.

A deportation flight to Brazzaville was planned for May 2005, however the removal was blocked by Air France crew, who stopped the flight taking off from Southampton.

I am not sure if there is such a thing as a "failed" asylum seeker because from what I see once any migrant gets here the migrants themselves decide whether to stay or not.
Also the amount of serious migrant crime is also rapidly becoming an everyday event

What a scandalous state of affairs in general - and in this particular case it was a young girl who suffered most. If a pupil and mother are provided with legal aid to challenge a school's prayer policy (even though they were aware of it before the child was admitted), then this young victim should be afforded the opportunity to take Air Franc and the cabin crew who flouted the decision by a British Court to deport this man. Well you might get those statistics from certain countries in the EU, but you probably won't be able to get them from their own countries, especially where that kind of thing is a normal part of their culture.
