At least they aren't charging taxes on the merchandise. We're seeing a shift in the attitude of a lot of people regarding corporations. What would really turn this into a threat for the government would be the establishment of an underground currency. Corporations are programmed to act according to parameters set by company officers, which is why no two are alike. They become a culture based on mechanized results. For most greed seems to be the most obvious modus. The advent of corporations getting involved with social media is bringing more hostile emotions into the C suite procedures.
The result: A washing machine with a zinc spider that runs for 4 solid years before failing on vibration alarm. Because the spider has dissolved too much to maintain balance. Time to buy a new one. Why not fix it? The part is cheap, replacing it is up to 2/3 the price of a new unit. All of this is by design and various meetings were held on the issue right down to how thick the zinc had to be to last 4 years (1 year regular warranty, 3 years extended for $$$) so that it's all on the consumer. Total efficiency.

I used to live in ohio. My husband and I both worked and struggled to make ends meet. We went to the grocery store and got behind a couple that were buying all kinds of stuff they had 5 gallon drums of cooking oil they had expensive meats and seafoods in their cart. When they went to pay they used food stamps. We weren't buying that much so we were fairly close behind them when we went out to the car. They were getting in a fancy expensive car with personalized license plates. When we describe them to someone we knew they said oh yeah they own a restaurant down in the harbor. They probably took food stamps to pay for somebody's food and now they're using the food stamps to buy food for the restaurant

Making English the primary language is racist. Where have you been? People have been in this country for years and never learned the language. Our laws have made it easy for someone to move into an area where there is no incentive to learn the language. Try doing anything without having to choose your language first. These people do not want to assimilate, they want to take over.
