I appreciate your videos. Im starting my first job in IT at an MSP for ISP support at the end of this month. I have been studying your videos and trying to get familiar with the basics. My go to resource
Lets freaking go Kev! Another skill Added to the resume. Thank you brother for spending your personal TIME creating content for people like me trying to get in the door

This video is so helpful, direct to the point and easy to follow. Thank you so much, Kev for this useful and helpful video. Appreciate this a lot. And for that, I’m your new subscriber 👌🏻😊
Appreciate the vid once again kev! Thinking about booking a coaching appointment with you soon. Working on getting into I.T and learning alot! Obtained my A+ recently, got the free trial for Office 365 (devoloper) and went through the whole system. getting ready to do you windows server 2016 labs, then taking an Microsoft Active Directory Course with Lots of Labs included from CBNuggets as well as a PowerShell Course with lots of labs included! Last but not least, going to study for the CompTIA Server+. My goal is to skip Help Desk 1 and go Directly to Service Desk and then Jr. System Administrator afterwards. After watching your vids, I now know how important certifications and home labs are and how it can improve your resume and give you more to talk about in a interview. Thank you so much for your help once again! Hoping to speak with you soon.
I love the channel supper informative even when you have 4 yrs in the IT world a refresh is always nice. I'm about to have the final interview to get a new job in another company and they asked how to disclaim a user before having a remote session with them. any advise?
@@KevtechITSupport I did not explain my self correctly. I was referring to the warning or message to user before connecting to the pc. Prior to our remote session be sure that your security is our priority we will access only to the necessary information with your explicit concent if you agree please save needed information before we remote.
Hi Kevin , Nice and Helpful video once again. I want to ask that do you have any Playlist of Hepldesk Softwares like Jira, Spiceworks or Service now which would be helpful for IT technicians ? Thanks ...
Hello. I’m running a home lab and have several virtual servers and windows 10 machines. I want to build the help desk ticketing system using those people I added to active directory so they can send tickets in. Do I download the ticketing system to my domain controller?
jira works together with active directory in a job environment. Whoever in charge of jira would be the one who sets it up, IT support usually doesn't do this. The vendor would do it or something else would do it like the IT manager.
A ticketing system is a management tool that processes and catalogs customer service requests. Tickets, also known as cases or issues, need to be properly stored alongside relevant user information.
@@KevtechITSupport if i want to upgrade in this field what will be my next step to system engineer or should i go in azure cloud how to do please guide me sir
Thanks for the uploads man. Youre really helping starting IT lads out there

Do you have any videos on how you created the dashboards for your ticket system? I want to create something like this.
When you set it up for the first time. You select helpdesk ticket template.

Disclaim a user? That question doesn't make any sense. I would ask for more information.

Hello. I’m running a home lab and have several virtual servers and windows 10 machines. I want to build the help desk ticketing system using those people I added to active directory so they can send tickets in. Do I download the ticketing system to my domain controller?
Ticketing system is browser based. You don't need to download anything.
@@KevtechITSupport thanks for clearing that up.
Thank you Kevin this video was really helpful :-)

Hi Kev, thank you for creating this video. Do you still have the PowerPoint for this video? Is it available for download?

Hey Kev, I think there's a typo in your title of this video: "Helpesk"
yep, fixed it. (thanks)
