    Appreciate the vid once again kev! Thinking about booking a coaching appointment with you soon. Working on getting into I.T and learning alot! Obtained my A+ recently, got the free trial for Office 365 (devoloper) and went through the whole system. getting ready to do you windows server 2016 labs, then taking an Microsoft Active Directory Course with Lots of Labs included from CBNuggets as well as a PowerShell Course with lots of labs included! Last but not least, going to study for the CompTIA Server+. My goal is to skip Help Desk 1 and go Directly to Service Desk and then Jr. System Administrator afterwards. After watching your vids, I now know how important certifications and home labs are and how it can improve your resume and give you more to talk about in a interview. Thank you so much for your help once again! Hoping to speak with you soon.

    I love the channel supper informative even when you have 4 yrs in the IT world a refresh is always nice.
    I'm about to have the final interview to get a new job in another company and they asked how to disclaim a user before having a remote session with them.
    any advise?

    • @KevtechITSupport
      @KevtechITSupport  Рік тому

      Disclaim a user? That question doesn't make any sense. I would ask for more information.

    Hello. I’m running a home lab and have several virtual servers and windows 10 machines. I want to build the help desk ticketing system using those people I added to active directory so they can send tickets in. Do I download the ticketing system to my domain controller?

    How my client can create a ticket?

    • @KevtechITSupport
      @KevtechITSupport  3 роки тому +1

      jira works together with active directory in a job environment. Whoever in charge of jira would be the one who sets it up, IT support usually doesn't do this. The vendor would do it or something else would do it like the IT manager.

      A ticketing system is a management tool that processes and catalogs customer service requests. Tickets, also known as cases or issues, need to be properly stored alongside relevant user information.
