      Just did this, I did his past 5 min workout everyday 1-4 times for a month. When I did this, after workout my shoulders, stomach and legs ached immediately and I was out of breath

    I enjoyed the balance between the floor/jumping/standing exercises. I’m not a fan of burpees but this workout is worth it. Let’s keep it going!

    오늘 처음 해봤는데, 저번 풀바디 영상보다 유산소쪽에 더 무게를 둔 운동 같네요. 근력운동은 저번 영상이 더 힘든데, 숨 차기로는 이번 영상이 비교도 못하게 숨차요 ㅎㅎ 좋은 영상 고맙습니다!

      thats dangerous. your muscle need to rest atleast 48 hours. remember the resting process is the most important process in workout or else your body gonna have an injury.

    Hi very intense workout. I had to stop half way but excellent. Can't do pushups but I'm not giving up this easily. I Wasnt as fast ad you but managed to finished Thankyou for this workout. 🤗

    Just a look and I know this will burn more fat than usual. Love it as usual. Still the best and only one I follow along. Proud to see their improvement all these years. Been following them since their 6 pack abs tabata video 2 years ago.

    1.Seal jack 30 sec
    2.Alternating oblique twist 30 sec
    3.Criss cross jumping jack 30 sec
    4.Push up plank jack 30 sec
    5.Standing cross knee up 30 sec
    6.Standing criss knee up 30 sec
    7.push up burpee 30sec
    8.Butt kick 30 sec
    9.Standing knee up 30 sec
    10. 180 burpee
    11.overhead jack 30 sec

    I'm not so sure I would call this advanced in comparison to the original 5 minute full body workout. Seems they both kick my ass equally. Thanks for the videos, was looking for something quick like this.

    But I switch Burpees with Push ups 😅
