but doing only excersise is not everything to fight your belly, you also need to regulate the amounth of callories you take per day (how much calories you body burns per day), means regulate your food no soda or alcohol, not sugar and it needs much of will power to do everything frequently every day.

Omg i can’t believe i completed this!!! I did cheat a bit and stop for 5 sec in between. The longest 5 min ever. I’m not giving up, i will hopefully get better at this.
I don't think anyone will actually read this, but I've been doing this workout and the waist fat burn workout everyday without a rest for almost a month now (before that I was doing lower belly fat burn for about 2 months without rest days) and i've seen a lot more tone in my overall body shape, I would highly recommend pairing with videos and also adding a daily walk/ bike ride and a calorie deficit to see results much more quickly and significantly, you've got this!

Maybe try not doing every single day as muscle needs to rest to grow back and be bigger stronger. You can do qhat you’re already doing but maybe take 1 day/week of break or train another part of your body this day
So I started doing this yesterday with the full body workout and decided to keep myself in track Day 1: completed (1set abs 2 sets full body) the scissors definitely killed me but ended fine Day2: completed (2sets abs 1 set full body) felt my core kinda sore when I started working out.. After working out I felt my tummy and back aching Day3: completed (2sets abs 2sets full body) I did this cuz I ate a lot of sweets.. No results yet tho Day4: ✔️ (2sets abs 2sets full body) it felt 5% easier now.. Still no results cuz I eat a lot hehe Day5: ✖️ it was my cousin's bday so I wasnt able to although I see results now Day6: ✔️ (2 sets abs 2 sets full body) it seems a lot easier now.. Makes me happy Day7: ✖️ period came I didnt feel like it Day8: ✔️ (2sets abs 1 set full body) body feels too heavy for me Day9: ✔️ (2sets 1 full body) Day10:✔️ (2sets 2 full body) regaining my strength caused by my period hahahaha. Tummy looks flatter Day11:✔️ (2sets 2full body) So some personal things happened and I wasnt able to do them for 4 days :< Day12: ✖️ Day13:✖️ Day14:✖️ Day15:✖️ Day16: ✔️ (2sets) so My verdict in this is that it was working.. But because of some issues I started to binge and skip for 4 days so my body regained fats hahahahaha. But it does work and I highly suggest this especially if u have problems with you back like me.. This is the least bothering workout for your back.. It doesnt put that much pressure
