Just like Mark, I've been following you on Instagram without knowledge of this channel until a few days ago. This exercise looks manageable for mild- semi difficult level. Also noticed you had some balance issues, please be careful.

I have been following you and Allblanc TV now since quarantine, at the beginning I could only do your easy 30 minute workouts, but now I do this workout every morning 3 times and then your arm workout and then for chilling your 30 minute workout, I will try to get to 1 hour and 30 to two hours workout every day! You guys are amazing and esepcially Louis your workouts make FUN!
lesson learned, dont udnerestimate things if u havent experienced them i actually thought that i could smoothly finish the workout like he did but i was wrong. this actually burned my lower body thanks for the workout

Yesterday I did 30 minutes of some 4-5 minutes tabatas from your channel (legs day), doing this workout as the last video. I almost couldn't do the "jump squats" and today my legs are "feeling funny" ^^. Your workout videos are really cool!! Thanks and keep up 💪

@@manjirijambhekar8677 both honestly. My body toned up alot so there was weightloss. At the same time I could see more gains with muscle. My strength has gotten better as well. I do two videos a day. One tabata (twice) and one of their sweat ones (the 30 ish ones for low impact). It really has changed my body. I have had surgery in my lower abs region and could never build muscle, but I actually have abs now ( a baby four pack so far). Just keep with it and you will def see changes
I'm watching this while im doing it, my tighs are burning at the wide squats hahahahah i never felt this before, i think this exercise will remain on ny notes and im gonna exercise it always on Tuesday. 🖤🖤🖤

I absolutely love this exercise, I do it once a week but I need to up it twice a weak, every 3rd and 4th day alternating.
