Cassava Cake:
700 grams cassava, finely grated
1½ cup (360 ml) coconut milk or cream
1½ cup (360 ml) condensed milk
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons (30 grams) salted butter, melted
2 cups (400 grams) macapuno strings
Topping:
¼ cup (60ml) coconut milk or cream
¼ cup (60ml) condensed milk
1 tablespoon (15 grams) salted butter
100 grams cheese
Note: You will also need extra butter for greasing
