Monte Cristo Sandwich

Monte Cristo is a savory triple-decker sandwich that can be made using ingredients found right at home. You can make it with a hint of sweetness, depending on your preference.
INGREDIENTS
6 pieces sliced bread
2 pieces chicken ham, cooked
2 pieces pork ham, cooked
4 pieces sliced cheese
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons honey
1 piece egg
a dash of salt
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons salted butter
2 teaspoons powdered sugar (optional)
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
