Ginger Soy Tofu with Vegetables

Tofu can be cooked in so many ways. This is one recipe that is sure to please your palate. You can also add more vegetables depending on your preference.
INGREDIENTS
Tofu:
500 grams firm tofu
¼ cup (30 grams) cornstarch
½ teaspoon salt
cooking oil for frying
Vegetable:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 medium red onion, cut into big chunks
1 clove garlic, minced
1 thumb ginger, grated
100 grams carrot, cut into cubes
100 grams green beans, cut into ¾-inch long pieces
100 grams bell pepper, cut into square pieces
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Sauce:
½ cup (120 ml) water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1½ tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch
