    Nate : I began these workouts in lockdown when my wife panic bought a heavy bag.
    I’m now completing 40 minute workouts at such an intensity i burn off 800+ calories .
    I lost my dad to cancer last year too and these sessions really help with dealing with that. So thank you, from South West England.

    Your videos changed my life; started in 2018. At 43, I just got a speed bag for Christmas...training with a former olympic boxers in my city... he's like "where did you learn this?!" ...Nate Bower

    Yep - I am bit out of breath. Maybe a bit more ;-) . Many thanks for this workout, Nate! My wife loves to hear the punches, when I hit my sparring partner Rob (the boxdummy) hard and this 140 kg-dude moves around the house. Please keep on doing this awesome stuff!

    Nate. I'm in that frame of mind that I need to comment. You are one of a tiny minority of folks on UA-cam that has nothing but a positive attitude to your content. Get your gloves on (or not) and get it done.
    It appears to me that most content is there for the sake or argument and watching it is like drowning in a shallow pool of superlatives telling me the "best" way to live or that something is "insane", which truly does my head in. (Yeah, you might have used insane before, but you soon balance it out with a grounded workout)
    I am against posting overtly earnest comments of support but it struck me today that after years of getting fit with you and a handful of others, you have consistently produced increasingly outstanding videos of which the basic message reads the same: that we can massively enjoy a tough workout and then get on with the rest of our day. No nonsense.
    Take it easy.
