As much as i like the streets of rage series the 3rd one is the weakest in terms of music it felt like a downgrade from 2 and the story felt rushed i mean a cyber mr.x really is that the best Sega could come up with?

I agree. SoR3 isn't as good as the first two, but I played this neat romhack that brings it pretty close to the first two games' greatness.
