I think the reason for D. Signal’s name is that it’s supposed to mean “Danger Signal” as he’s the strongest of his type (that’s named after traffic lights?). This might be a reference to SOR2 with the Light Green Signal near the end of the game having the most HP out of his type in that game also being called D. Signal which I again assume stands for “Danger”.
Oh and by the way I’ve been wondering, what’s the deal with Joseph? He’s has about the same health bar as Galsia despite appearing after B.T. He can still do the knife charge at the same speed. He doesn’t do a double jab. Is he just an actual clone of Galsia that appears in stage 9?
Gold, Bronze and Iron were a lot nastier in the OG since they could punch and throw if you don't hit them fast enough in melee range, but maybe the new devs thought other mobs already cover that so they limited them to shooting.
Those kickboxers (Raven, Condor, Pheasen and Sparrow) are literally the absolute worst enemy pallet swaps in the game. You CANNOT dodge the triple kick combo without special (except if you're sliding in the slippery floor of stage 9)
I'll happily do the enemy guides for the DLC! Absolutely. As far as characters I'll consider it. But we'll see! I have a huge list of videos I must get out to you guys that isn't SOR4 related.
Luckily you can special out of the three kick combo. Just gotta be quick about it. I usually try to get them within range and strike first. These dudes are cheap!
lol. I kept reading the green haired Galsia as 'Graham' rather than 'Garam'. Thought 'That seems a very English name for a video game baddy'. One thing: you keep referring to the spear by different names. in the DLC survival mode it's called a Halberd, though this famous medieval weapon has multiple shapes in real life. When i first encountered Victoria and friends, they reminded me of Just Stop Oil protestors. given you first find them in the art museum and they like chucking liquids around
Another thing... Francis and palette swaps I call "white trash losers" or WTLs for short. Might catch on. And somewhat unrelated but it might or might not be worth pointing out that if you try to throw/slam the cyborgs, it takes a little longer, as if they were classed as heavier opponents (like the fatties, or the black belt dudes, or the discount suge knights, etc)

Gold, Bronze and Iron were a lot nastier in the OG since they could punch and throw if you don't hit them fast enough in melee range, but maybe the new devs thought other mobs already cover that so they limited them to shooting.
That is possible. But man these guys are some punks. Can't even do anything without that pistol. LOL
Amazing edit dude.... Love it
I appreciate it! Hope it was helpful as well. Feel free to share this puppy! Part 2 is coming up soon!
This is such a great video and your commentary is superb
@@midaseosrs602 Much respect, thank you! I'll try to keep these up!
Great video man. Love the Donovan part. Had me laughing. By the way he's called D Signal because it's 'Denim'
I can make a compilation of Donovan alone! And Denim? Interesting.
great video all the way through!
I appreciate it!

I call these Victoria's "Valerie's"
Anybody who's ever played Resident Evil Resistance knows EXACTLY why I call them that
I never played it. I would have to look up that reference!
Those kickboxers (Raven, Condor, Pheasen and Sparrow) are literally the absolute worst enemy pallet swaps in the game. You CANNOT dodge the triple kick combo without special (except if you're sliding in the slippery floor of stage 9)
Exactly! And before the patch, that special could not save you. It was stupid. A defensive special in which you could not use to defend yourself.
Amazing guide
Thanks man! Part 2 was just released a few minutes ago!
Thanks for the guide.
No problem! It is outdated, but glad you enjoyed!
I really liked this vid bro, keep it up 👍🏼
Thank you! Stay tuned for the DLC when it comes out! I will certainly do videos on that!
Bro, love your video man.I can relate to the annoying guys and your video is funny😂😂😂
Lol thanks man! These enemies be trippin' though!
Donovan looks like a fool with his pants on the ground....
Oh man you took it way back! And folks still doin' it!
@@NostradanteGaming r kelly from the 90s lol

Jonathan...
Joseph...
...then I expected Jotaro
Do you think you can do character guides and updated enemy guides? Especially when the DLC drops?
I'll happily do the enemy guides for the DLC! Absolutely. As far as characters I'll consider it. But we'll see! I have a huge list of videos I must get out to you guys that isn't SOR4 related.
3:02 Knife Galsia + Big Ben from Round 4 in the first game is a very annoying combination
Gold, Bronze and Iron are modelled after Cee Lo Green from Gnarls Barkley.
LMAO wow!
I love your videos on streets of rage 4
Thank you! I promise to bring many more!
Nice Video man! Subscribed.
Thank you very much! Tell me what else you'd like to see from my channel!
came here just to get some tips for dealing with raven and his forms, getting fed up with the offscreen flying knees and the kick combos so. THANKS ;)
LOL Just Stop Oil? I remember them! So many crazy videos of them. And yeah, I know that it is halberd now. Best weapon ever.
Love the vid man! Keep them coming!
If you ever feel like playing an arcade round, hit me up.
@@coleguisto6916 I'll do my best! And sure, after I get done with these Arcade series, I am down to play with my fans!
There's another Feroccio variant, and he appears in Mania+: Barnaby. He's basically Barney, but more annoying.
I'm surprised you didn't mention the Big Bens with the green trousers. With the physics defying bellyflops and rolls.
They're in Part 2.
You should do video on Street of Rage 4 DLC Enemy guide and boss and retro enemies and bosses....
It is in production as we speak. Stay tuned!
This was awesome 🔥
I appreciate it! Glad you liked even though it may be slightly outdated!
Great editing, great writing and great use of humor. In the words of Joe Bob Briggs, four stars! Check it out!
Thanks man! But most importantly, was it helpful? If so, give it a share and a like!
@@NostradanteGaming consider it done, cousin. :-)
Man you funny as hell
Haha I appreciate it man. I am a poor comedian. I just blurt out whatever my brain conjures up!
Be careful:
Z Donovan cab still armored almighty uppercut you with a weapon in his hand
Your a funny guy, love this video!!
Thanks man! Glad you liked it!
Nice content. Very deatiled. Do you have some for the other streets of rage games?
@@TheRealSmileyGChannel I have SOR, SOR2, and SOR3. And a bunch of other beat 'em ups. I appreciate it! I'm still thinking of more content!
Max I do like he doesn’t react to my punches
D. Signal could stand for Deep Sky Blue, Deep Cyan, or Diamond
I prefer something more pejorative, but you might be right! Hate these dudes!
Неплохая игрушка, сразу лайк👍
Wow I compared Dylan to Orange Cassidy a few days ago before seeing this vid...lol
Lol I swear that is where they got the idea! Dude be trippin'!

I like the song at 31 51 when you're explaining the Sugars. What's the song called?
The track is called On Fire from the SOR4 soundtrack. It is actually the track for the bar stage when you first see the Sugars.
So it's part of the soundtrack? I thought it was an external track added by you during edit. Thanks anyway
Love your commentary!!!!!😄😄🤣🤣🤣
Can you make a montage of BT’s getting owned please? Thank you :)
Great video - thanks for sharing!
Haha! Why BT's specifically? They are pretty chill compared to Donovans!
@@NostradanteGaming they always get me! Trying for a mega combo and it’s always the out of nowhere BT slap, sulking around outside of the group before rushing in. At least you know a Donovan wants blood and is on his way, always!
Level 3 is a good example - they love fisting me haha
@@danielbuxton205 BT's are sneaky. They go around you while you are distracted. Lol and I should be streaming Dr. Zan in a few hours so you'll see me wreck them!
