It didn't actually take any big practice. Shiva is just a very OP character in the game, and Remake is not very hard to difficult to play, so I just went for it and got it. Generally, I was just playing a lot of Remake at this point, that's it.
You missed a 1UP on the last jetski segment right before you get on the cruiser. It was at the bottom of the screen. Not that you needed it of course....
F*ck SOR4! I’ll be honest, it was NOT Streets of Rage! This is Streets of Rage! I continue to play this and SORX. I’ve deleted SOR4 out of my PlayStation. If they release a 5, give it to FGames and BomberGames to work on together. That’s what WE want!

I was actually kind of mad when I unlocked SOR3 Shiva in SOR4 and he still won't pick up weapons.

I don't think I was even controlling at that moment. I let it go after the last enemy, cause it wasn't necessary to do anything else.

That was the atrocious hitbox of the railcar, which is extended past the actual sprite of the thing. One of many junk things about Remake.
