    Please list the specific 4 Journaling Prompts:
    1. What is Challenging at the moment? (Problem - something you are worrying about).
    2. Ask Why, (Ask this 3 times after each answer to help you drill down to your core belief?)?
    3. Investigate/challenge thought or fear. What happens if...?
    4. What if you remove the Fear or are Let Go of this expectation?
    Is this what you were saying in your video?

      pretty much. He says you usually need to ask about 3 times, but basically you keep asking until you hit something that triggers you. It is very similar to my CBT journaling, where my problem was that I tend to catastrophize, so when I hit a trigger, I had to ask if this was fundamentally true rather than what happens if but otherwise the same thing.
