So I built this pc about a year ago now and I can confirm this pc is amazing , was easy to build with this tutorial and it runs pretty much every game I throw at it like nothing , I play ARK, Fortnite, Valorant, Warframe, and they all run smoothly. Only downside in my opinion is I don’t really like the look anymore it’s a really big pc and is not really that aesthetic compared to other pc’s but if anything I would just buy a different case and maybe some better fans.

This video was so clear and informative! After being recommended your channel because of my interest in learning to build my first pc (I've never even owned one, just an okay laptop for some gaming), I've put my full trust into these videos! You truly seem like you know what you're talking about and there is so much positive feedback in your comment section! After about a week of deciding, I've decided to follow this build, every part and step! I'll be changing a couple things to white and the funko pop to Appa, obviously, but I am so excited! My boyfriend thinks this looks like a sick build especially for it being my first build and first PC in general. Long term, seems like I'm getting a lot of bang for my buck! I've ordered the graphics card and ram so far, and I'm just waiting on my next couple of paychecks to be able to purchase all the other parts. With the help of my boyfriend and the help of this video with the exact parts, I'll be able to get a pretty solid gaming experience compared to my laptop. I am so excited! I will be back on this video of course to follow the steps for building (I literally have no clue what I'm doing and this is so in depth, so thank you so much), so feel free to leave any advice for me!

I would have gotten a A520 or B450 wifi mobo instead and saved a few bucks there, as there's really no feature set advantage of the B550 towards "gaming". A 5600 non X CPU would be in my opinion a better choice because 1. cheaper 2. enable PBO and it is in spitting distance of the 5600X in regards to performance ( even without PBO it is hard to tell the difference while gaming). And finally i would have skipped the sleeved cables and other "fancy" stuff and spent the dollars saved towards a 6700XT which is about 20-25% faster than the RX 7600, and has more Vram. Would still be in the same budget , however that is just my personal opinion o_O

Cool build! My spin on it would be to use the asrock deskmeet x300 barebones for $189 instead of this particular mobo/case/psu for $260 combined. This would give you an extra $70 to use elsewhere in the build. I would take a trip to microcenter and get a 5600X3D for $205 with their $25 off cpu coupon and a noctua low profile cpu cooler. Then get the same gpu 7600X but directly from AMD for their reference card that’s only 200mm in length. Then this whole build would fit in an 8L case. And if the gamer wants to VR instead of shooters just substitute the gpu for a 12g 3060.

I just built a value pc that ended up with a 5600x and an rx 7600. So far so good. Newegg Cdn was $248 for the 5600x/asus b550m combo which was made this very affordable. I added a 2 tb drive and 32 GB 3600 ram. The rx 7600 was open box on Amazon Canada for $342, and for kicks I spread the payments out for 12 mths with no fees on my Amazon MC. The 4060 is 400 cdn currenrly. I just reused a case and psu and got a cd key for Windows 11 pro online.

i'm incredibly envious of every country where you can build a pc like this for $750.
here you'd be able to build a pc like that for around $750 but without a gpu. A current/last gen gpu alone is $350 here and that's a best case scenario.

I would have bumped it up to 1440p which this card can do and still be 90-150 fps. Few of the games the gpu wasnt pushed hard enough making the cpu work harder than it should. 1440p would be more ideal with this card. Especially the last two games. You would still be at or over 200 fps at a higher resolution.

    That's a cool videooo
1 tip that you can don't need to unscrew your psu to get the hdaudio / usb ports
you can route them after you installed your motherboard
Then you can have spaces for the cable and you can install your psu at the same time :D
But you can also choose to handle those case cables first

I was wondering if there was any way to make it slightly cheaper while still maintaining the high fps in the shooter games you tested. I want to keep the ryzen 5 5600x, but is there a equivalent GPU that can be found for a lower price? And could I cut a little bit of cost by buying less quality motherboard/powersupply/case, etc...

Get used parts cant really downgrade it anymore since this build is almost bare minimum for this kinda range

      You can.
      5600 non x
2 sticks of cheapest 8gb 3600mhz ram you can find but it must have lifetime warranty
      Non-wifi version (b550m ds3h)
Lesser storage (not less than 500gb though)
550w 80+ bronze psu from a reputed brand like cooler master (never cheap-out on psu)
any cabinet with atleast 3-4 preinstalled fans and decent build quality.
