Love this. It is so true -- to succeed in life, you have to be willing to fail. Because you will.
Think of it like a child learning to walk. We don't call that child a failure because he falls down a lot at first and needs to hold on to someone's hand until he is steady on his feet.
We know this is how we learn. So let's remember to transfer this to other things in our lives. And remember you're not a failure...unless you give up trying to improve.

Everyone has unique talents and abilities, what's difficult for you might be easy to another, but there are things you're better than them at. Even if you're going to fail, don't give up. Especially if everyone expects you to.

Why, you think Giannis hasn't struggled or worked hard or achieved anything? Giannis is the poster child for hard work and persistence in the face of adversity. He was raised very poor, his first years in basketball he wasn't good at anything, then he worked extremely hard and improved at every ability, holds the record for most years in a row (7) improving at each skill. Then won two MVPS and a trophy, and remains a humble superstar. I don't think he needs to see this commercial, I think he needs to remake it.
