I hope they're still a thing! The Metallica series from Walmart are surprisingly good. Rhino sent me that "Justice" one and pretty much all of their newer albums, and then Ron Haggerty gifted me his "Kill 'Em All." Although the current landscape is so saturated with product (i.e. reissues, anniversary editions, etc.), seems vinyl finds people instead of the other way around maybe? But case in point, I wouldn't have detected that Chris Cornell "Higher Truth" album if it wasn't for watching your video. Now I can message Universal Music to send me my complimentary copy of that, plus his other solo albums like "Carry On," "Euphoria Morning" and the self-titled one. All from watching your video! I definitely need more Chtus Cornell solo. I have plenty of Soundgarden and Audioslave on cd. Don’t sleep on Samantha Fish either. I really dig her stuff.

I did hear the RSD Chris Cornell single. But I did not know that he released full length solo albums. Especially acoustic stuff. Crazy. I did grab the Big Mama T RSD live album from 1977. James Brown albums disappear fast around here. Tough to find in mint condition or even playable condition. Usually the not so good ones end up sitting on the shelves. But any known title gets scooped up faster than original Smiths pressings. Once again. You have great taste in music. You can clearly see that you are well versed in music history~ Rob/Boston
Hi Rob. Yes, Les Dales Hawerchuk. They even do a song about him. They sing in French but the music is catchy. Dale himself told them they could use the name as long as they stayed out of jail.
No no Neilo. I was speaking about how music is a key that opens up the nostalgia door. Those groups remind me of hanging out with my brother on a summer day is all.

Charles Bradley - good stuff. Almost got to see him in concert, but then he passed. I'm still watching that Stax documentary.
I really liked that Stax doc. Though the last episode gets a little tedious. Still great.
