Hello Bo; Always good to see the Hockey Wall of Fame. Pictures of star players, Hall of Famers & Team Banners. Sports card collecting like record collecting brings out the best. Like the hockey shirt. Long time Ranger fans & sufferers. Good video, well explained & informative. Take care, Tina & Pat!~

@@tinaferrazzoli8006 the Rangers have a rich tradition. Their time will come again. Matt Rempe is a hoot to watch.

This was one heck of a video Bo. I was surprised to hear that hockey came in fourth when it came to watching sports in the house. Loved hearing everything and seeing the cards. Just a quick note. When I had season tickets {Sec 16 Loge, sixteen rows from ice and a little left to the opposing bench} I got to know Woody Dumart really well. I gave him some of the newer {his card} hockey cards that he did not know existed. He invited me to sit in one of the four seats that he shared with John Bucyk, Ken Hodge and Milt Schmidt. One or two of the seats were always available because the four of them hardly ever went together. I ended up sitting there with Woody for a quarter of the season. I loved hearing some of the stories that he shared about the game, being a Bruin and the Boston Garden. Loved seeing the Orr, Mario, Gretzky, etc... Outstanding job Bo~

@@Paneeks1960 wow. The stories he must have shared. What an incredible memory to have. Growing up in the PNW? Hockey just wasn’t a thing. Baseball came first in our house. My Dad and grandfather had played into adulthood in various semi pro leagues. My grandfather even spent time working out with the Cubs during the war years. I have a baseball autographed by cub manager Charlie Grimm from spring training. Hockey just wasn’t on tv out here. Occasionally a Totems game maybe. But I don’t remember it. Baseball viewing first. Then football. Basketball third though we were ardent SuperSonics fans. My brother and I both played basketball in HS and baseball into community college.

Wow that's quite the collection Bo... I lived and breathed hockey as a kid. I collected cards back then but it was to play with them and put them in the spokes of my bike. Cards and marbles were kid currency not money. We gambled with them playing games. Great video Bo....

@@BobbyGass5 we did the same Bobby. But I had very few hockey cards as a kid. Baseball and football dominated my collection. Basketball had a small slice too. I loved the stories you shared with me about the Toros and going to Jr games.

I guess because of the Islanders and the Rangers, and I assume the Long Island Ducks, hockey was on all the time in NY. I love how the Bobby Orr card looks like a TV.

Amazing collection. I need to get an Orr. Gillies played in the Astros organization alongside Islander teammate Bob Bourne.

Nice collection. My dad and I would go to all the whalers games when they were in the WHA. That was a lot of fun. Later my brother in law was season ticket holder until they moved. As a kid Bobby O was magic. I was in scouts at the time and he was on the cover of boys life. My family goes sees the wolf pack games in Hartford now and then but the early days of WHA were the best.
