Good info. I would probably clear things up about what you mean about "transferring heat" and "transferring chill". The game operates on a physics engine, which means that all heat has an absolute amount of energy. Cold things don't add energy, they take energy away, and hot things try to give away energy. How fast is related to the difference between the temperatures, and like in real life, matter in the game is trying to reach equillibrium, or removing any difference in energy. This is entropy.
Hey! Thank you for that! I figured from my brute force perspective on handling ONI that the game did that (reaching equilibrium). I foresee this series helping me learn more about the technical side of the game while I show a simple explanation of what I have learned. I would be down to chat more about it with you (or anyone else!) to figure out a way to convey concepts to those getting started. Once again thank you for the post and support and hope you have a great day!
@@The_Se7enz I am very happy you have a goal to try to clear up the confusion on how the game works! Looking more into what you mean by a "Brute Force" series, I can definitely see that you want to center info on gameplay first, and technicalities second.

AFAIK Francis John is the master of "transfering chill" hahaha.
I could definitely see that! XD
Good info 👍
Hey! Glad to help out! :D If you play ONI I hope it goes well.
Nothing wrong with covering the basics!
Fully agree. Brute Force Systems Inc. also fully agrees with you. Have a great day!
