I tried this workout for the first time and my knees hurt a bit at the beginning. I feel like I need some warmups before the workout.
Same, it didn't feel low impact
Omg I did it!! I had to take breaks in between but I am still very proud of myself for completing the workout . Also I am so sweaty at this point that I cant even tell you It was also a great motivation to see her working out with us 😊
