A heated argument erupted between Kapil Sibal and the Solicitor General Tushar Mehta in the Supreme Court on the 13th day of the hearing of petitions challenging the removal of Article 370. While the SG, representing the government, cited that incidents of terrorism had decreased in the valley, Sibal countered that over 5000 people were under house arrest.

The CJI should silence Kapil Sibal. He has already taken long time to place his views before the Bench. He is shouting unnecessarily.
Only Kapil sibal knows what Democracy is. Will he explain the exodus of KASHMIRI HINDUS from the valley comes under which type of DEMOCRACY. People of the country will be much happier to know the same from Sibal.

The judges seem to be raising questions which have no effect on deciding the constitutionality of abrogation of article 370. They seem to have enough time to waste bruhh.

Sensitive national issues should not be interfered by judiciary otherwise all laws made after constitution cannot be reviewed.

Mr. CJI - How come the UT status be ongoing and what does the Center answer means when they say election will be held - WHEN is the question. And while restricting Sibbal while SC not STOP even entering in any matter which is not part of the ongoing constitutional issue. CJI should not be arguing on behalf of GOVT. Be RATHER STRICT Mr. CJI to enforce the discipline of SC without favoring any party to the case.

Whole jnk was turned as military barked, infront of every home in kashmir there were ten uniform people along with loaded guns and no one was allowed to go out from their homes. The position was such that an ailing person was not allowed to get medicine or a two and half months was not getting milk to take.
Even so many females who were in labour pain were not permitted to take hospital. An ambulance carrying patients were shooted near SMSH Hospital by para military forces. The whole kashmir valley was looking as desert.
2 and half month old baby does not drink milk from market. It drinks from mother. 😂😂😂

People of Kashmir, are stake holders in Article 370,.. 35 A.. Are gaurantees given to people of Kashmir, by GOI, keeping in mind that Instrument of accession, agreed by both, Kashmir State & India..
Please peruse through the discussion in the present case properly. You will realise that Integration of Jammu and Kashmir was complete in 1947. There were no conditions in this Integration.
