@@Kaethena I agree, the shield (for fed mostly) and the armor take ages to take down, so I also use to snipe modules with super pen rail guns, but seing your vid I just realise you do it fast than with rail guns ! 🤩
Had to weapons focused on pd to so can shoot longer less boosting but still fun think imma go phasing on the stronger hard points if not on all idk yet lol
Hi Kaethena, great video as usual. you are convincing me on the Cannons!! Watching Rusty's video last night (Ur Vulture Build), got me thinking. The FAS is the biggy bruv of the Vulture, almost as manoeuvrable, more powerful, and i know it used to be the meta for Shield less PvP prior to engineering, but have you considered putting your combat design and build skills to building a modern day Combat FAS? Now i would be EXTREMELY interested in seeing that. I'm thinking along the lines of Rusty's Vulture, but doubling the firepower, say 1x class3 and 1x class2 beams and same on the multi's? Or 2x class 3 beams and 2x class2 MC's? What do you think? Bring back the forgotten old school ships?
Your moves around the capital ship are very precise. What is your setup controller wise? I use a combination of a xbox controller, keyboard and mouse. Not very happy with the xbox controller.
I use the Logitech X-56 Hotas. www.logitechg.com/en-gb/products/space/x56-space-flight-vr-simulator-controller.945-000059.html I have used a controller a lot in the game, and still use it for some things (like the FSS and SRV driving) because I just find it easier, but the X-56 works well enough for me for combat. :)
@@Kaethena thought so, but wasn't sure if it doesn't decrease breach chance, since it takes away some kinetic damage in favour of explosive DMG. Thanks for the answer 😁 as an engineering, I will go with long range because of the increased shot speed, should make sniping modules easier I hope.

What experimental is the best for cannons for the best module damage? Is it high yield?
For strict module damage, yes. Since it acts like a missile and does splash damage if you get a hull breach.
