    Ingredients 材料
    Choux Pastry 泡芙:
    120ml water 120毫升水
    55g salted butter 55克有盐牛油
    65g all-purpose flour 65克普通面粉
    2 eggs 2颗全蛋
    *Bake at 180C for 25 minutes or until golden brown
    *烘培时间大约25分钟或至金黄色于180摄氏度
    Custard Filling 卡士达馅:
    3 egg yolks 3个蛋黄
    85ml full cream milk 85毫升全脂牛奶
    70g caster sugar 70克细砂糖
    3 Tbsp corn flour 3大匙玉米粉
    260ml full cream milk 260毫升全脂牛奶
    1 Tbsp of salted butter 1大匙有盐牛油
