Semasa gireng kueh teow.. Mengapah SoS kicap yang sedia, tidak taruh di atas kueh teow goreng sekali bagi harum dan wanggi, Minyak pork lard dan pork lard adalah bumbu yg paling wanggi di recipi Char kueh Teow !
Halli Top Chef.. Ingredient kicap yang mixed du mana..SoS ikan, kicap pekat, kicap air, gula ? Step ada silap sefikit, Cabai bubuh di atas kueh teiw, tauger dan Kuchai , bubuh di last part, Minyak pork lard dan Pork lard, Kerang Segar..? Ok. Gd job. !

It might due to lack of corn flour added. This is the ingredient that thicken it.
