It’s been a while since I opened Nomad, was a little apprehensive as it’s been a while and it’s obviously had a lot of updates that have changed the UI and options quite a bit. This has given me the push!! ❤
I just purchased Nomad yesterday, I was watching your old video when you uploaded this one. Honestly could not have worked out better for me, Thank you!
I just found your channel, I speak Spanish and it would be cool if you made more videos in that language, but leaving that aside I want to thank you for the great tutorials, it's hard to find this content today, thanks ❤
Hey, i just found your videos and am loving the way you teach, im getting my tablet in 2 days (i tried for about half an hour on my phone but the UI is too cramped, its so annoying to use, so found a tablet with a pen on sale and bought it😅) I hope you dont take this the wrong way, i only mean this in the best way, im also not a native speaker of English and personally like it when people help me out😊 you say lathe wrong, you end it with a very pronounced e sound, try extending your a sound a little and then just end on the th sound 😊 if you go on google translate and put the word in and click the speaker 🔊 it says the word for you😊
I just watched your video for the first time, and as a newbie to Nomad Sculpting, I have to say it was incredibly helpful. Thanks to your clear, concise, and straightforward explanation, I was able to create my first design! Your video made the process easy to understand, and I truly appreciate the effort you put into making it so informative and beginner-friendly.
Erika thank you for such a work!!!......, Had just yestarday finished your last beggininers tutorial "the book" I had just one doubt about that tutorial, you created the stacked pages with a plane primitive, in your video seem to be shaded both sides but when I tried it out it will just render one side. Could you tell me how you do this to be displayed both sides, pls?
It is doable for sure. Just gotta set up some nodes in Blender to read the info. There's documentation you can reference but I will also add it to my list for future tutorials
Would you mind rezipping your project files, I subbed to your patreon recently and unfortunately a lot of the non-zipped obj and nom files are dl'd as a txt file.
@@SimulacresSimulacres-h6i that's unusual, that's likely a system default on your end as they have the correct file extensions on our end. Can you comment one of the specific posts on Patreon and I'll further investigate? Thanks!
Fantastic tutorial! thanks for explaining the basics! I believe lathe is pronounced lay-th though- like the machine used in wood or metal shaping when making cylindrical sculptures :) sorry, just lost focus each time i heard lathee
Hi, we're big fans of your work! We’d love to team up with you to showcase our game-ready 3D assets. Sent you an email message with more info. Looking forward to hearing from you!
