      @@SmallRobotStudio of course! you’re the best channel for Nomad so far ☺️ honestly I’d love to see more character design videos, especially humans. I know you already did a tutorial on creating a character head, but I’m worried I won’t be able to follow along as well since it was made on an older version of nomad 😕 so maybe an updated version would be a good idea! 🥰

    So many sculpting tutorials dive into sculpting a ball, but honestly, spending so much time on how Nomad uses primitives just makes everything easier. This is the best Nomad Sculpt tutorial I've seen so far simply because of it's practical lessons. It's amazing. Thank you!

    Out of curiosity, does Nomad Sculpt allow you to sculpt by topology by dragging adjusting vertices? I found the wire frame option but don't see a way of manipulating vertices.

    • @johndeggendorf7826
      @johndeggendorf7826 2 роки тому +1

      You have select the vertices you want to move with the mask tool, then invert. I find the sel mask tool usually works best (select mask). Then you can move those vertices with the gizmo or with the move or drag tool. Selection using the mask tool is a bit cumbersome, to be honest. I recommend proceeding slowly and deliberately, The results are worth it. And, as Erica mentioned, moving FEWER vertices to shape your sculpt (low poly), then subdividing, and switching back & forth as you proceed, is most efficient. ✌️☕️🎩🎩🎩

    • @SmallRobotStudio
      @SmallRobotStudio  2 роки тому +1

      John said it very eloquently! That’s probably the best way I have found to manipulate vertices. Masks, Gizmo and Move tool :)
