The Trapdoor Rifle is one of my favourite Weapons, but what he is presenting is not the 1866 trapdoor rifle as it was common in the US Army at the time, I think these weapons were almost 20cm longer than what he shows here. And the shorter versions for the cavalry looked different. Or maybe I'm completely wrong
