- Welcome to this video, designed to help you release and melt fascia in your ribcage, promoting a healthier and more functional pelvic floor. This gentle yet effective routine will guide you through targeted movements and stretches that focus on releasing tension and increasing flexibility in the fascia surrounding your ribcage. 🕸
Why Focus on the Ribcage?
The ribcage plays a crucial role in supporting the pelvic floor. By releasing tension in the fascia around the ribs, we can enhance breathing patterns, improve posture, and create a more supportive environment for the pelvic floor muscles.
Benefits of This Routine:
Improved pelvic floor function
Enhanced flexibility and mobility in the ribcage
Better posture and alignment
Reduced tension and discomfort
What You’ll Need:
A comfortable space to practice
A yoga mat or soft surface
A towel
Join us in this calming and restorative practice, and feel the benefits of a more relaxed and flexible ribcage. Remember to listen to your body, move at your own pace, and enjoy the journey towards a healthier pelvic floor!

This was great, thanks. Safe for prolapse? It felt ok
As long as you don’t feel heaviness from it, it is safe 🌺
Hee! You talk about a rib release.
Is this release also what you want to achieve with the block therapie? I had a same sort experience yesterday in mij groin doing the belly position. And felt some muscles in my pelvic floor again i have not felt for a long time. 🥳
so it felt great! But you say that i should not block after this relieve? And heal? I don’t understand that part.
Thank you!
That is wondeful! Yes, if you feel soreness, don't block till the body is ready again 🌺
Do I need to take colegan for this

Avoid any sharp edges, you can for example fold a towel over the block 🌺

@@naturegirl4074 sounds good! 🤗
I do BlockTherapy exercises. Their custom designed block is made from bamboo rather than wood, as I understand it. They consider it more adaptable to the body than wood.
Yes! I have bamboo blocks too. They do have wood ones also but not for sale any longer 🌺
