How to use castor oil when you also wear a pessary that you need to put in and out every day? As much as i know, silicon and oil don't go well together.. would it be enough to use oil in the evening and hope it goes away by the morning?

Wow! Two questions, when I press in the back of the vagina i have an impression that the perineum stretches uncontrollably back and down, will it not "stretch out" my perineum and make it "hang"? Should I then put counter pressure from the other side? (which is so unpleasant, so I'd skip if possible) Second question, the grass like scar tissue is mostly horizontal, I imagined it would be vertical so going along the vagina, not across. I does it seem correct that it's going across? I can identify all the kinds you presented and was wondering often what that is and whether I should do something about it. Thanks that video is golden:)

How does silent reflux work with this and the vagus and trigeminal cardiac reflex? I’d heard the jaw as a cause of stuff is the pelvis more in some cases? Is it a feedback loop where helping one helps the other or is it best to focus most on jaw? Does the predominant modulator or core causal area vary? Is this also similar to what the posture restoration institute would speak of or the sort of method a biological dentist may use?

Your story resonated with me so much, thank you for sharing it! I had rectocele 4 months after my first. It was so difficult mentally, feeling let down by my body and working out how to move forward. I waited a long time to be seen by the hospital but in th meantime discovered hypopressives through online research, finding a local physio who had trained with abby in scotland. It was also game changing for me alongside scar tissue release with a wand. It also means alot to me to share with others in the hope more understand what a prolapse is and how important pepvic floor connection is! I am currently pregnant with my second wondering what symptoms may return but confident i can work through anything again in the future!

I do have several red light therapy things and this gave me a whole new idea. I also believe in red light therapy. It really has helped me a lot, and I am also liking blue light therapy, for instance for freckles and hyperpigmentation on my face, it works quite well. Thank you so much for your gentle kind and informative video.❤️

What do you mean carrying them? I was really looking forward to wrap my baby in a scarf and carry him on my body and go everywhere like that, almost didn't buy a stroller because it didn't feel right. After 1 month I saw that full healing is not happening so I cried a lot and a was grieving for the next two months. We live outside of the city and I can't really go anywhere on public transport with the stroller and also I would have to pick him up frequently, so carrying sounds the best. But I don't have a good record on taking care of myself, I'm pretty sure my prolapse happened because I didn't rest enough after giving birth, I thought I was okay but I really wasn't.

@@moonrisefilippa_en I'm sorry, I went to a different direction with it 😅 I was curious what do you mean if it's okay to carry them. Do you just mean lifting up, and holding when he is crying, or do you think it's okay to carry babies in a ring sling for example for a short walk, or on public transport? I wanted to do it so much for both emotional and practical reasons and it's literally keeping me away from socialising but sounds a lot for the pelvic floor...

I am 60 yrs. old and have had a rectocele since I was a teenager. Ivhad to use my thumb to push out all the stool that does not come naturally. I'll probably never know what caused it initially or if I had it even younger but I do know it was always difficult to defecate. Throughout these past 45+ years I have tried a multitude of things to make my stool less 'sticky'. Luke drinking more water, taking Metamucil and Konsil, avoiding eating potatoes, and taking magnesium citrate. I have found magnesium glycinate, which I never knew before having internet. It has changed my life. It works more gently than magnesium citrate and allows me to empty my colon without hurting myself (which I have done many times trying to push it out with my thumb and cuttingmy vaginal wall). I considered having it repaired but don't want to not be able to help myself defecate while I am healing. I say all this to help someone that might need it. I will check out the video on hypopressives next. Thank you
