Great question, I don't want to throw no product under the bus, I will say if you are looking for wavy look use WaveNouveau alot people says it makes there hair looks stringy and I am not fan of the line, I use because I have clients that love it so I am trying to keep a happy customer, my favorite is wave by design, then care free, then hawian silky and old school leisure curl if you can find it, always know roller size and color play a big part on curl pattern the bigger the roller the waiver the hair the the smaller the roller the more curl patterns you will see in your hair and also try rolling in 2 different colors 1 time another time 1 complete color so you can witness the roller differences

Hey lady bug 👋 I am absolutely sorry for the delay on the message, I am and have been absolutely busy, I hope your hair is amazing and beautiful, I hope you are enjoying it, so only shampoo it every 30 days and condition it, if you are sweating bad or have a product build up, yes you can absolutely rinse it out with cold water or room temperature water and then towel dry it and apply 98% Jherri curl products to it and 2%water or liquid leave in conditioner and wear a plastic cap for the 1st 7days every time you do this and if you don't have it to do it week 2 or 3 or 4th week wear a bonnet nightly so the product what break your skin or face out from rubbing and laying on your pillow case, I hope this helps 💋
Hey unfortunately no, you can't ever treat it like natural hair or relaxed hair because it chemical process not sure why it's shedding, sense I am not around you or don't do your hair to give you a 100% a good opinion, all I can say is continue to put the product on it multiple times a day as I stated several times in my videos and wait until 90 days if you want a Relaxer to save your hair or get a hair cut so it want pop or shed vigorously if you get braids or sewin because it's never suppose to be dry at all

Do you recommend having the hair damp with the curl activator and letting a shower cap set on it over night to get the moisture in the hair or is that not recommended at all?
I recommend CURL activator on if it's dry at night for 7 days , you can spray a light water mist but before applying the product but not a heavy water or alot product dripping under the plastic cap, just enough to restore moisture, then a little in the morning and afternoon if needed, I hope this helps
Hi Ms. V. I have a Lustrasilk deep conditioner that has keratin and protein in it. Then I recall you mentioning that keratin should not be used a long with a curly perm. If it is a Lustrasilk product does it make a difference? Praying that 2023 is a blessed year for you so far.
Hey lady bug 👋 I never ever heard of a lustersilk Curl having Keratin in it, from my knowledge it's 2 separate things, be careful don't mix to different products or chemicals trying to achieve a curly perm, Keratin is meant to have straight loose hair if you are 100% natural.. It's a chemical and it's not design to use natural products on it to keep it moisturized all day thus came out in the 80's it's design to use any Jherri Curl activator of your choice you want to put on your hair
Hey 👋 Yes you should with a moistureing shampoo and moistureing conditioner no dryer, put the conditioner on your hair use a plastic cap or plastic grocery bag with a bannana clip on it, to pin up the bag and let the conditioner sit on 20 minutes and do your rinse out with room temperature or cold water for the rinse out.. Take care a be safe out here
All chemical services using have a loud smell, that's why should rinse it out properly okay. Make sure your stylist rinse it out properly or go home and rinse it out with cold water in the shower or sink to get all the residue smells out, then dry it with a towel and put the activator product in it

If it's over 60 days or more,, due you suppose too wait 90 dsys but if you can do a consultation with your stylist and you have 2 inches or more worth of new growth, I will do it like normal, step 1 , step 2 then step 3 .. rolling doing step 2 or 3 and you have 2 or 3 inches worth new growth will not Flatten your new growth but the rearranger only which is step #1
I have a question I been having curly perm for a while now. Still sheds like crazy I’m using all products from the curl free curl line. Dang I wanted to get some box braids while I’m on my trip ? All that juice breaking my face out 😂so I wanted to get some braids that would last for a month 😢 would I be able to get away wearing Braids for a month?
Hey lady bug 👋 You should rinse it out weekly and if its shedding I am sure it might be dry or brittle so , so you might need to apply it 2 or more times a day as needed never go to bed without a bonnet, change your pillow cases out every 3 to 4 days, any product that has a oil bade or grease base can break your skin off if it's rubbing on your face, absolutely no braids, beach no swimming cap but if you get in a pool with chlorine use a swimming cap please, I hope this helps you

No unfortunately its not meant for that and you would absolutely disturb, the curl pattern
