    I thought I was settling down on my mat to do yoga, then my sweet little orange kitten tip toed onto my lap and curled each of her arms around my right arm, drawing her forehead to my forearm to bury her face as she began purring loudly. Not one to disturb a happy kitty, I decided this was the universes way of telling me a meditation may be just what I needed.
    Thank goodness Paula has chosen to do a top of the year meditation series! My darling baby girl stayed happily on my lap for the entire 21 minutes. And she seemed to really like this meditation as there were no high pitched bells (last time I tried to do guided meditation, there was a clear hug bell used to bring the mind back to the present: she did not care for that as she flew from my lap all claws!)
    Thank you, Paula. This was lovely and purrfect for a rainy day with kitten in lap.

    I’ve come back to these meditations after a while. They are so soothing. Its here that I discovered the concept of “intention” whilst meditating. I go back to it again and again.

    I love your meditations 😌 hoping I can get my 3 year old to start meditating a little too! So far he will take two breaths with his eyes closed in a crosslegged position and then he runs away. Not bad!

    As always enjoyed this guided meditation so much Paula. My hands are feet are usually always cold but by the end of the practice they were warm. Im sure it's thanks to the body scan ☺️ how wonderful. Thank you , gratitude

    Tried this Day 1, feel I can focusing on my breath and keep my awareness on my body by listening to Paula's guide. Thanks Paula, your voice are so soft and leading me along the whole practice.

    Thank you for this disability friendly yoga practice... I think I'll try this lying down next time
    I found it actually difficult in a Seated position despite the pillows supporting my Seated position.

    Hi Paula, thank you for this series! I’m wondering what can I do about my leg cramp during the meditation? I always end up getting left leg cramps after sitting for too long..

      It’s a pleasure! Have you tried to elevate your hips a bit more? Maybe an extra cushion or block. You could also do the practice lying down with a bolster underneath the knees as well. I hope that helps xx

    May be the ads shouldn’t be there for meditation videos. It’s very distracting suddenly after the practice.
