Always had posture issues even when I was a dancer. This targeted workout has helped after just a few sessions. Can’t remember a time it was this easy to sit up straight.

I cruising through your utube routines and found this one. It had been a long, physical day and this looked and was perfect. Went through it twice. I feel so good now. My only complaint is that I have to keep hitting pause.. I always need long reps. 45 secs would do. ❤😅❤😅❤😅

Hi !! I'd never really stretched my body before today and I struggled a lot during this video. I can't do all the positions and I only last half the time. I'm determined to do this session every morning when I wake up and see how my body becomes flexible. How long will it take me to complete this challenge haha I can't wait ☺️
