This is a great workout. Just recently recovered from 6 weeks worth of back pain. Physio recommended Pilates and yoga. I’ve being doing it 4/5 times a week and will continue to do so. It has helped enormously. And your videos are easy to follow, well done!
I didn‘t feel like doing a workout after a long day of work but still pushed myself to look for something on youtube. This made me feel better and lighter instead of even more tired. Thank you!
Thank you for posting these work outs for you back. It really has helped with my lower back pain. I work in dialysis as a CHT 3 days a week. Each day last about 14 to 15 hours of constant walking, stumping, and pushing and pulling heavy chairs. Over my years of doing this, I have arthritis in my lower back now. This has helped me tremendously with this pain. I do yoga sometimes. It’s just not good with my schedule. Your video does the job❤️

I had a really bad back pain a few months ago, I ended up in the hospital (my back muscles didn't stop spasms and I was in immense pain). There was nothing wrong with my back/spine, so the doc said it must be weak muscles and I have to go to a therapist but I didn't have the time (because of work) so I started to look up videos. I did this workout (plus a few other ones) for 4 months now almost every day and the back pain never came back AND my posture is better. BUT the "re-stack your spine" is very important!
Thank you for saying "nice job". It really helps when I, doing this workout for the first time, realized that it's not easy, but still made an effort to do every exercise to the best of my ability (aka my body's ability). I'm looking forward to continuing working out with your videos. Nice job!
Just discovered this channel yesterday, so far really enjoying it but finding it really hard. Been doing weight lifting for years and got a sore lower back. My physio recommended Pilates, so here I am. Did one of your beginner videos yesterday and it wrecked me (in a good way), going to keep this going as I enjoy doing it before getting ready for bed

I am past some foot pain again so working out again gently to start, I have always needed to work on my lower back and after pulling a muscle & being sore for 2 weeks (better now) this is great. And no planks! I have been forced to do them in the past as if they are the only way to get in shape and I hate them and they hurt.

I'm almost 27 now, and it's probably too late now, but I still would like my back to look better. Sometimes I have upper back pain the next day after doing pilates. Is pilates safe for me? During one of the last exercise I (55 yo woman) discovered to be extremely tight in my left side, esp the hips, where it's almost painful. Will I gain more mobility in doing these exercises on a daily basis? (I'm doing full body workouts and Pilates exercises abt 3-5 times a week for the last 1.5 yrs) Thank you in advance for yr help!
Any exercises for those that can’t touch their toes? When doing the sitting with legs out in front exercises it’s really hard for me to sit up straight while keeping my hands in front instead of supporting me from behind. (I’ve always been very inflexible despite stretching and exercising often).
