The air flex roper is what I have used on my Tennessee Walker trail horse. Super easy to clean and thar roller buckle makes tightening the cinch so much easier for my arthritic hands.
Love my Mohair Ropers from Weaver. Wouldn't want anything else! Great for trailriding and I love how soft it is for the horses. The snug roll is really handy aswell, me as a little girl doesn't have any issues anymore with cinching.
Thank you so much! We love the Mohair too! Did you know you can get a matching Mohair breast collar? See it here! www.ridethebrand.com/catalog/item-detail/47335/EC/71
@@Conny226 Definately not. The ropes are weaved quite tightly together. Mohair is also very soft and not comparable to the oldschool cord girths that were used back in the day. I still truly love mine.
What's the best one to help with saddles slipping on mutton withered horses? I currently use the Air Ride but once the horse sweats it is actually slipping more
Something natural. I would recomend somethung with wool, or fleece, because not every horse likes mohair. Make sure it's genuine, aritfical wool can be irritating, and it lacks many of nartural wool's benefits.

I use a Weaver alpaca roper with my horse, and it works great. I really like the roller buckle, and the alpaca fiber seems to agree with my pony.

That sandwich made my horse swell... Underneath him... if it's was too tight the cinch doesn't stretch..
Hello, what type of cinch for a very very very sensitive skin ?

I was told the Alpaca cinch will stretch a full size. Is this true! I bought a size 26” and a 28” would fit exactly. I hope it stretches
Almost any mohair/string style cinch will stretch at LEAST a full size. I recommend going a size down or maybe even 2!
I'm gonna get that Airflex Roper

I use them on my horses, they seem to like them, I know I do. I keep a soft brush and water right where I tack up cleans right up.
