I have issue with the muscle in my lower back, right side spasming and this morning it was acting up. I decided to do this beginners video just for the stretching and it helped so much!
Watched and followed a couple of your videos, just love them- short but practical self massage! Not feeling bored and wants to practice more. Really enjoyable movements.
This was my first time doing Pilates ever and I was able to do it 😁. My form wasn't perfect, I couldn't stretch as much when some of them, but I really enjoyed it.
Love to get some stretching included to offset tight hips from Pilates and from all of us working from home and sitting at a computer all day Yoga fusion also has a good combination with stretching
