    Let's get after it with this intense 4 minute tabata resistance band tricep workout! All you need is a resistance band so you can do this follow along workout right at home or at the gym. Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training using the intervals of 20 seconds high intensity followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated for a full 4 minute circuit. You can use this workout as a 1 circuit finisher at the end of your triceps day or perform 4-5 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds depending on your experience level to maximize tricep training volume.     Even though I dont use your videos as much as i did, I would just like to thank you for kickstarting my fitness journey. Following along with your workouts, I always felt a burn so intense that I would always work harder to feel.
