      Just another South African here to let you know resistance bands are far better than going to the gym had the opportunity the other day to hit the beach and train with my bands. Cant do that with weights.

      that happens when you are building muscle faster than your skin adapts.. honestly means progress but yes some people don't like the look .. in my opinion they never actually go away but you can make them much less visible from certain creams .. I know the stretch mark cream with a pregnant lady on the front of the bottle is actually very helpful .. we do plan on making a more in depth video about it!

      Anabolic Aliens hey if I work on chest and triceps Monday, wensday,and Friday would it be okay for me to do a ten minute fat burning workout on Tuesday and Thursday .and would the workout help me lose weight? 0_0

    I’m a full time dad so I don’t have time to go to the gym and honestly I don’t have the money for a gym membership after buying supplements and food. I was able to make a complete at home gym for myself for only $50 bucks and it actually works with the knowledge from your videos. I’m building muscle with these workouts by spreading them out and making this a complete routine for myself daily. You are the man. Thanks for the knowledge.

    So here's my workout routine:
    1. Monday- Chest, Triceps and Legs
    2. Tuesday- Back, Biceps and Abs
    3. Wednesday- Forearms. Shoulders and Traps
    4. Thursday- Chest, Biceps Abs
    5. Friday- Back, Legs and forearms
    So will it be ok for me to hit each of these muscles in one set for 5 minutes with your intense workouts??

    If it is arm day and u do a 5 minute bicep and tricep workout, is that enough? Or do u need to do extra work as well?

    I can think we can add a variation to the side flicks using reverse grip, something like reverse side flicks?

    I've been doing this exercise 3/4 times until I can barely do any more but I still don't feel sore at all later in the day/ next day. Does that mean I won't be gaining? Same thing for bis and tris as well
