Let's get after it with this intense 4 minute tabata resistance band chest workout! All you need is a resistance band so you can do this follow along workout right at home or at the gym. Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training using the intervals of 20 seconds high intensity followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated for a full 4 minute circuit. You can use this workout as a 1 circuit finisher at the end of your chest day or perform 4-5 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds depending on your experience level to maximize chest training volume. Whatever works best for you to get them gains. Now go push yourself and earn those results with this resistance band only chest workout Aliens, no limits!

Best bands channel, with a broad range of exercises that does not get technical too often. 6 years later, and I am still learning many variants of working out as I would be going to the gym. And to note, I have had a ruptured, slipped disc in my lower back before and although it's been almost 16 years since undergoing surgery, I'm still cautious about lifting weights and find it very limiting in comparison.

They will build muscle but he's using a green 30lb band which is almost like using a 10lb dumbell so I think u might need more bands together. I use bands too but I put a whole bunch together to really make it tough like I'm using 40s or 50s.
You definitely can build muscle with bands, just need to establish your progressive overload method! Adding multiple bands together for a heavier total load as you improve is an excellent method of progression. Another example of progression would be doing more reps for more total volume 💪🏻👽
I have a question? Idk if this is true or not but does being on your phone alot can cause muscle loss?
I've never heard of that being a thing before nor does it make any sense to me so I'm going to go with an un-researched not true...
