I saw Rob Zombie in the way back. Before the concert started he addressed the audience. In a cultured and achingly polite tone he told us hello, and stated that he wanted take a moment to apologize in advance. You see, he had a bit of a head cold, and he was afraid his voice wasn't quite up to par. He assured us that he do his best to make sure we had a really wonderful evening, and then thanked us for our patience. He then proceeded to thrash for the next three hours with full on pyrotechnics, robots, and go-go dancers.
He is so amazing in concert... I feel blessed to have caught him in the height of his music career..
wow, Hell yeah, that's cool, wish I had seen them
This song is a kind of homage to both Goth girls who take it super seriously, and to horror movie vixens.
On Rob, he is a super sweet, well educated and introverted artiste of many mediums. Even b4 his band White Zombie took off, he painted the background sets for MTVs Headbanger's Ball. I met him thru his then gf and WZ bassist Sean Ysuelt (I prolly spelled that wrong, but she was a hottie!) Just a shy guy doodling on napkins at the bar, totally in his own world...one of those doodles is tattooed on my shoulder. So cool to see him grow into his talents...he and wife Sherri Moon are what you'd call "good people"... glad you gave this a listen!
Rob loves old horror movies, so he frequently uses samples from them in his music. Right now, he's directing an adaptation of the Munsters. 😁
I watch/listen to anything involving this man! Lords of Salem is one of my favorite movies of his!!
the sets look amazing
Cant wait ti see what he does with the munsters. Is it gonna be corny like the show or is it gonna be dark n brutal. His style ...love all his shit
it's a shame because he tends to not do them justice.
You need to show the video Dracula by Rob Zombie and his wife is in all of his videos and movies. My favorite movie is A House of a 1000 Corpse and there's more movies and videos with his wife she is in all of them. Much love 💘
Check out Rob Zombie's little brothers band, "Powerman 5000”
"When Worlds Collide" is the more known of their release.
Yes!! This would be a great choice
"Free" is my favorite Powerman 5000 song 🎵 🎶
bombshell by them one of the best headbanging songs
Rob Zombie actually did a cover of Lionel Ritchie’s song Brickhouse with Lionel Ritchie and it’s sick!!!
Also check out White Zombie songs I am Legend , Warp Asylum, Blur the Techno, Blood Milk and Sky (Miss September mix), Electric Head PT 1 (Satan in High Heels Mix)
I've met Rob Zombie, seen him live multiple times, watched his movies etc. One of the greatest to ever do it. Legend! \m/
This song actually has a bit of a story to follow if you know the lyrics. My personal favorite Rob Zombie song is "Superbeast". If you want something that just rocks that you don't really need to think about, that's the one.
That and supercharger heaven
I've been asking for Super Beast for a while. i think the video reaction would put Brad into a fit though.
On my UA-cam channel i do reaction videos while I’m high asff😂…
dragular!
Yes!! Superbeast is one of my favorites too 🖤
Still waiting for White Zombie - “More Human than Human” lyric video unedited.
You guys should react to…
White Zombie - More Human Than Human
🎸🤘
Yes!!!
I was thinking the same thing.
The unedited version🤣
Rob is a really articulated artist. He always wanted to work with movies, specially horror. He's a major geek for it.
i don't think you understand the meaning of "articulated..."
@@TheRedStateBlue yeah, I think he missed that one…
Dictionary’s are our friends.
Too bad any movie he makes is shit.
@@Cthulhoop He's trying his best !
Halloween 1 and 2 were crap.
Will never forget that this song also came out in the movie Bride of Chucky which was my top favorite child's play movie... I would just sneak in over and over to watch the movie not only to watch it but to hear this song over and over... And I was thirteen years old at that time... The manager knew I was sneaking in over and over and didn't even care which was awesome!!!
When you are in a goth/altern club (80s/90s) and the entire dance floor is undulating and clouded in cloves and patchouli....
You should watch house of 1000 corpses, devils rejects and 3 from hell…all rob zombie movies and some of the best horror around
His version of the original Halloween too.
1k Corpses is still his best film. Watched it again on Halloween for the 80th time! Met a bunch of the cast members at a horror convention when the movie came out.
The Lords of Salem is great, too!!! Who am I kidding, I love anything they do... 🤣 RIP Sid Haig.
@@jenniemitchell7731 it's weird but that one bored me at the cinema. Each time I've been to see his latest film I hope it is as good as 1k corpses but I always leave disappointed. I don't think he will top that one
@@scapito Hell yeah! I love how he spent a lot more time at the beginning of the movie with Michael as a child, really exploring how he turned into a monster!
Rob Zombies brother Spider one is from the band powerman 5000 another good band
You should check out his little brother in *Powerman 5000.* Song: *When Worlds Collide,* or their cover of Let the Good Times Roll
Couldn't agree more
Hell yes!
One hit wonders
These comments warm my heart. That's what 'I'm thinking about'.
This is the song in Helsing Abridged when Seras becomes a fully fledged vampire.
I like a whole lot of his stuff as both solo and White Zombie. Some of my favorites are "Never Gonna Stop (The Red, Red Kroovy)", "Dragula", "Thunderkiss'65", "More Human Than Human", and "Living Dead Girl" (there are a bunch of others I like, too, but I think some of those were popular enough that folks not fans may have heard of before). I pretty much like the entirety of WZ's "La Sexorcisto: Devil Music Vol 1" (when I first discovered their music).
Knuckle Duster radio 1-A into Thunder Kiss 65 is and will always be badass.
Confirmed Lex is deffy a metal girl ;) Welcome to the family ^^ - Though I am pretty sure this was estabalished before ;)
How can she not be lol
Brad like an 80 year old in a young body for every reaction….
No emotion
He don’t understand anything apparently, but lex be jammin🤘
@@eloijiocontreras2592 Lex is an airhead so she would be jammin to everything.
@@kingpickle3712 💀
Dude always gets the interpretations wrong
Every interview I've seen with Rob, he comes across as very humble, intelligent and fascinating.
Very talented man. You should check some more Zombie tracks for sure.
Love your reaction vids.
Rob Zombie first job out of college was production assistant for Peewee playhouse
I used to be a big runner and Rob Zombie was always on my playlist to help me run those miles. 😄
"Living Dead Girl" is definitely a fave among goth dancers... Another track you should check out is "Spookshow Baby"... it's my personal fave, even though I love pretty much everything Zombie has ever created
"she's a killer, she's a thriller, Spookshow Baby!"
Saw rob zombie a couple years ago he stopped this song and asked the audience to put away their phones and enjoy the show
Brad trying to make sense of Zombie lyrics is like trying to find intention in abstract art. It means something to the creator but you'll just bash your head against a brick wall for eternity before you ever get it. Lex has the proper attitude. Bob your head, shake your ass. Its just art. Enjoy it or don't. Don't waste your life wondering what make others happy.
Rob Zombie is a major horror fan. He based the Living Dead Girl video of off a 1920 German Expressionist film called The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari. If you watch that you'll see that the sets are constructed the same way they are here and Rob takes the Caligari role. Not bad for a 101 year old movie.
He always has his wife play in his movies and stuff. That's his wife in this video. He loves his wife so much and loves to watch her flourish and do well and get to be part of his projects with him and I love that! People give him shit for it and I just love it! Everyone needs to get you a man like Rob Zombie who is obsessed with you! ahahaha!
Yes! He said she's the prettiest and sexiest woman and everyone needs to see her 🖤 I love Rob and Sherri Moon's story! True love right there!
Lex got it. Just gotta jam to this one. I never really cared about the meaning to this one lol
I remember hearing this blasting from a kids amusement park ride at a carnival one day, thought it was funny
Love Rob Zombie! I've seen him live a few times and I enjoyed each show. Just a great time!
Brad is gonna have a hell of a time with Rob Zombie lyrics, lol, cos they're SO vague, cryptic, and ambiguous.
Even I cannot make heads or tails of them, even with a lyric sheet in front of me.
Never Gonna Stop Me is way better... one of the greatest bass riffs in music history.
This song reminds me of a stacked red head from my teen years, many many many days of making out to this album 😂🤘🤘🤘
First seen white zombie back in '95 at Donington Monsters Of Rock festival. They were excellent live .
you need to watch his performance of "more human than human" on the david letterman show.
Zombie has a style that no one else really messes with - Pseudo-Satanic Electronica Dance Metal.
YES! Love Rob Zombie's music, thank you for this one!
Remembered this song from bride of chucky such a badass intro and seeing chucky get brought back to life to this jam
The entire soundtrack from bride was badass should definitely check it out
Also if you guys didn't know he did Howard Sterns theme song for his show (Howard also sings on it but it's mostly Rob Zombie)
Girl I use to date told me she wanted this to be her "wedding march" song if/when she got married.
And yea, that is one "issue" I have with Rob's music. The instrumentation is epic, the riffs and beats are catchy and get stuck in your head for days. But I can't understand a word he's saying 90% of the time, even after hearing a song multiple times.
Guess it never worked out?
@@GodlessFiend Well she was a verbally and physically abusive psycho so...gonna say no.
Nice to see you all jumping around different eras/genres.
Check out Liberate by Disturbed
Lex getting into the groove and beat of a song is just so much fun to see.
Yeah Rob Zombie is definitely the man;}> I loved white zombie 🧟♀️, Rob Zombie, and absolutely love his movies!!
Great artist all around. His horror movies can be discomforting, and all the scarier for it. Amazing guy, comes across as very modest in the interviews I've seen.
Without a doubt one of Robb zombies best tunes ever😊😊😊
My fav song of his!
W.O.W. Aint None of Your Business
as written and recorded by The Plasmatics.
The lead singer Wendy O.Williams.
It is somewhat risque but you may want to check it out anyway.
Got the privilege of seeing him twice at ozzfest 2002 and 2005.
Rob Zombie - Return of the Phantom Stranger. Probably his best song
One of my top 3 tracks off of Hellbilly Deluxe!
Lesser known jam to react to from rob zombie, Return of the Phantom Stranger Awesome song. If u like living dead girl, you’ll love this!
His band White Zombie had a massive hit album in 1995 with two really popular songs “More Human than Human” (named the 68th best hard rock song of all time by VH1, and nominated for a Grammy Award) and "Electric Head Pt. 2 (The Ecstasy)"
Rob is very artistic, in that he writes songs, draws and paints. He actually got hi s start writting for sit-coms.
I always thought it was made about necrophilia as sick as it sounds.
Great Rhythm, great Vibe, cool tones, absolutely lyrical gobbledygook
Another song love hits soooo different!
Brad: Some people are totally different off stage
Us: Not Rob Zombie
Classic. Use to jam this all the time
Here super early. Love your guys content. Would love to see some more 5 finger deathpunch. Lots of meaning and a great band.
Y'all should check out some of these 90s rock bands: Trapt - Headstrong, Jimmie Eat World - The Middle, & Boy Hits Car - As I Watch the Sun F#@k the Ocean
Jimmy Eat World isn't 90s.
Wether it's Rib Zombie or his group White Zombie, you can't go Wrong with Amazing Music!! ELECTRIFING!!
This is one of My favorite songs by RZ.
I just like How He pronounce the lyrics in this . LoL. 1st time I heard this I was like.....Well...Hell Yes.👍😁👍
I still get stoked when i hear it
Saw Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper(Father of this genre) April of 2010. Spectacular Concert and theatrics. Enjoyed your reaction.
Groove Metal at its finest ‼️💯🔥White Zombie “Thunder Kiss 65” “More Human Than Human”‼️👹 RobZombie’s vocals definitely an extra instrument 🎸 in this Genre‼️ Please do More‼️💯🔥👹🎸🤯
Okay...got three suggestions to follow this up with. From the White Zombie days "Super Charger Heaven" is a good one. Now for more Rob Zombie on his own the songs "Ratfinks, Suicide Tanks, and Cannibal Girls" (used in a hallucination sequence in the Beavis and Butthead movie of all things) is trippy but good. Also the song "Dead City Radio and the New Gods of Supertown" is good as well...AND there's a far better chance that Brad can understand the lyrics in that one.
“meet the creeper “ is awesome too
Love this song. It's my ring tone
To get Rob Zombie you have to understand his love for old horror movies. Even the campiest of them no matter how cheesy they were. SO he takes those and puts that energy into all of his work and artwork that he does.
His house has a ton of horror movie posters and relics.
I've never even considered the lyrics in this song, always been about the music with Rob Zombie.
Rob Zombie also makes horror movies! He has made 2 of the Halloween movies(Halloween-2007 & Halloween 2 -2009) and House of 1000 Corpses
Really love ya'lls reactions! Would love to see you react to some EDM artists, such as Above & Beyond
Always kinda reminded me of ICP cemetery girl. Highly recommend checking that out😝🤘
He first started as White Zombie, well known, also went into creating great movies in remake or original horror movies.
Rob Zombie Dragula, Thunderkiss '65 and More human than human I rate highly
Check out his version of "I'm your Boogie Man"
Awesome track!!
His vocals are not supposed to be fully unsderstood, that’s why there is so much vocal effect on it.
I turned 52 yesterday,,, thanx for the song
fun factoid: the living dead girl is his wife and she stars in all his movies, which are really good movies. talented person he is.....oh yeah ya know i have too; chinese - japanese - dirty knees - look at these.
The music video and song based off the silent film The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari
Rob is a must see live.
Lex slowly turning into a metal head.
They have a lot of great songs from him also remember their is also white zombie ..
Fellas, if you're out here dating and are going to be going out with girls that like rock MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOME ZOMBIE ON DECK. Girls love Zombie bc they can dance to it, as you see with Lex.
mMWahahaHA... Boo! Hey there you two. Rob Zombie always has Music with a Twist, like "Living Dead Girl." Lex, I have got to point this out... Dressed in your Costume, as you are, you look just like the Living Dead Girl... seriously. You and she could be twins. Thanks for this you guys, you're always fun to share things with. So, until our paths cross again, I hope you and yours remain Well & reasonably Happy too. Keep Smiling... Cheers...
I met Rob in Glasgow a few years ago and had my picture taken with him. Unfortunately I lost my phone a couple of days later 😖
Famous for the Bride of Chucky opening theme.
halloween movie of rob zombie, genius
Meet the Creeper and Demonoid Phenomenon by Rob Zombie are bangers
Check out Nova Twins! "Bassline B*tch" or "Taxi" are great songs. They have a great high-energy sound, very unique.
Rob is a horror freak. Check out the movies he’s done. He always makes good adaptations of movies and some good originals.
Have you seen his movies? “House of 1000 corpses” “ the devils rejects “ etc…
My Favorite Rob Zombie song, leaving this comment before your review. 🧟♀️💕
this was the first cd i ever owned.
Love Rob Zombie.
Rob also makes Horror films, if you are interested check out his master piece House Of 1000 Corpses and he also did the 2007 and 2009 Halloweens 👌
The very best Rob Zombie songs don't get reacted to nor mentioned, unless your a proper Zombie fan and know all his stuff...which most don't, lets face it. I know Lex would love Deadgirl Superstar and I reckon Brad would like Iron Head, which also has Ozzy singing as well. I tell you tho...I been to many full on heavy metal gigs from Slayer to Devildriver, and the Rob Zombie shows have ALWAYS been the wildest...stuff happens there you wouldn't believe! Oh and truthfully his female fans are the hottest of any fan group, it's always packed with gorgeous creatures...sexy girls love Zombie it seems.
You should check out his cover of the Commodores Brick House, seriously go watch it.
