Fundamental Elbow ROM ( Flexibility) and Strengthening Exercises
Elbow tends to stiffen up quickly after severe injuries, particularly with casting and immobilization. These exercises will help you maintain flexibility and build strength.
    1) Flexion - bending towards you
    2) Extension - straightening the elbow
    3) Supination - turning the palm up towards the sky
    4) Pronation - turning the palm down towards the floor

Hello, Adnan... Can you strech your elbow full now? If yes, then in how many days? Did this exercise help your elbow? Plz reply, I fell on my arm off the bed, no broken bones, but extension goes limited.
Awaiting for your reply... Thank you

@@sh-fc6su Hi! Yes I sure can stretch my elbow now 😁
It did take about 3 months, and full recovery came about after 9 months.
But still after 3 months it was about 80% better!
      All the best!

@@addysaw Glad to know that you are OK now ☺️..
      I have some questions...kind of wierd...still...
      1. Do you ever feel that the injured elbow may be dislocated again? Specially when you are lifting some weights with stretched arm.
2.Can you pop your injured elbow now? I mean, I could bend my elbow a little bit outwards.. I don't know if I shall able to do this again 😐

@@sh-fc6su 1. I did for a while but with time that feeling goes away and things go back to normal. No worries!
      2. Yes the elbow can now be extended outwards. At the begining this was impossible
Performing these exercises and then after a while going to the gym (with low weights then heavier with time) helps a lot

Hi I have a very stiff elbow I can do every movement but flexion is very stiff . The excercise where you use your body weight and lay on your stomach will that not force your elbow into flexion?
