One of the random events that can come up when your characters a lunatic is to replace an advisor of yours with a horse - essentially undercutting a lot of your ability to do anything. However, Seth found a exploit in that if you turn them into a bishop, they are forced to be landed to a temple. So as such they are forced to have a court of people which are usually spawned of their race and such - or it’s filled with randomly generated family as every character has a House. As such. Being that they are now considered children… yup those horses can marry.
To add on this, if your character is immortal and the horse is about to die of old age, you have the option of feeding it your blood so that they turn immortal as well. But the immortal horse becomes sentient and changes its name from Glitterhoof to Incitatus the trampler or nations, who will actively antagonize you

you can also do the horse thing with bears ......... it is much harder to do and still vanila
You can become immortal in ck3. But its very hard
