- You can make super crispy and delicious potato chips without frying it. There are two versions of basic potato chips and garlic potato chips. There are also super simple and delicious garlic cheese sauce recipe.
Ingredient :
1. Potatoes
2. Garlic
3. Oregano
4. Salt and Pepper
Sauce: Butter, Garlic, Milk, Sugar, Salt, Cheddar Cheese

Interesting. They look like a homemade baked version of Pringles. They're the only chip I know here (in Canada) that's made from mashed potatoes rather than from sliced ones.
Same in 🇺🇸
Here in germany, europe the most are cutted from potatoe. Mashed are only pringles or fake pringles from discounters.

hi junbh2, if you live in Canada we have the Christie brand who makes Potato Thins which I think is very similar to this type. (I think they are also called Good Thins, potato ones) Look them up i think you would enjoy them!

Infinitely healthier, first of all there is no MSG. This just by itself is enough of a reason but they are also not fried in oil which is used over and over again and chemically bleached.
you could also do sour cream and onion and many other flavors you could even do cheddar cheese with a macoroni and cheese powder packet, or chicken, or beef, and also pork with boulion powder.

Met this video accidentally (probably after watching French fries thanks to YT), was sceptical at the start - even more at mashed potatoes part, but it really doesn't require any oil (maybe to grease baking sheet only) and have species mixed directly in it so I'm definitely going to try it at least once, thanks!

Пюре не полностью приготовил, как понимаю, из-за чего было тяжелее выкладывать формы (да и таких штук нет дома), после духовки напоминало слегка драники на вкус, а местами не было прожарено, поэтому в следующий раз хочу попробовать температуру повыше
Тем не менее послевкусие хорошее, приправы использовал натуральные, но в следующий раз хочу попробовать какой кубик маги грибной раздробить
Добавки раньше не видел, но попробую поискать, поэтому спасибо за наводку
В целом результатом доволен - жаль только, что прожарка была неравномерной

Peel. Microwave with a little water until super soft. Mash with potato masher. Then press thru a seive to have no lumps. Put in a piping bag and put about 1 quarter sized dollop on silpat mats. Flatten down into a circle by placing parchment paper and then press down with a cup into thin rounds. Bake 355°F 8-10 minutes. Leave in oven additional 2-3 to remove the heat. Use a pate knife to gently lift from the silpat mat.

Обычно я картошку "строгАю" на обычной тёрке, на стороне, где одна прОрезь. Солю-перчу-паприкой-чесночком чем-нибудь из этого👈☝️И готовлю в микроволновке. Спасибо заранее за ответ. 💓

It seems like I did everything as in the video. Did not work out. In 10 minutes it's still raw. The thickness seems to be the same as yours. In just 30 minutes they were fried... Whaaaack? Potato variety? Oven? Hands?

@@TinRoighow is it not healthy? There’s no oil, not much salt, no sugar, it’s just potato with herbs. It’s not quick and might be pricy due to the amount of electricity you use for that small batch, but it is healthy
