Instead of using wisk you can also use mixer with ice cold water,
Step1: first add the malai and ice cold water in mixer jar and grain in pulse mode.
Step 2: after grinding it it will be cuddle and now you can stain it and add that butter in another cup of ice cold water... Same you can do in next session of malai tooo....
If you guys think this is long pocess you can try the method which I say, cuz... I tired it before it came very well 👌

S..You can use beater...Add some ice water while beating...I usually try this method only... Within 7 to 8 minutes I get perfect butter
